Wow wow wow, where to start! I haven't had to step inside a body shop in over a decade so didn't know what to expect. Let me say I was blown away by the whole experience. The online estimate process was super fast and reliable. The appt options were very open and flexible. Jake was very thorogh with what to expect throughout the estimated process. I received email and text updates every day on the progress, and was of course quoted an ETA delivery date. The ETA was impressive to begin with and then the team continued to surprise me and finished the car 48 hours before estimated. Leanne was so helpful when I picked it up and Chad was also thorogh upon delivery notice and at delivery (ON SATURDAYS they are open!!!). A semi truck had a blow out in front of me on the freeway yeterday and I almost slammed into a bunch of debris. Is it bad that I wasn't stressed that if I had to take it back in it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world? Hahah! Thank you everyone for everything!!!!! read more

Trevor was so helpful and patient with my many questions. He explained in detail how the process works and what needed to be done to repair my car. I have used Caliber San Juan Capistrano for years......something has changed. The service writer was rude and told me we really don't need your business. I spoke to the manager and he said he was short 2 employees and could not touch the vehicle for at least a week. I do not recommend this shop...th ere are better alternatives locally and we should support them. I have never been treated this way and obviously they cannot keep employees. Buyer beware. read more

Nobody likes the process of collision repair, but Robert was prompt, friendly, patient, and offered suggestions that were very helpful. We have a mini van that we use for our 4 kids but particularly our disabled son, who uses a wheelchair. I was so upset when it was hit for the second time while parked-this time, the person just took off and so we had to go through our own insurance. We were referred to Caliber in San Juan and I have to say that I was so impressed! Jake and the rest of the staff were so helpful and professional.
