Soon after he left, he sent a really rude, nasty email claiming it would take him hours to quote relatively simple jobs, and claimed he could not be bothered to draw up quotes. I responded back, how rude and asked what he found confusing or difficult. He responded with another really mean, nasty, uncalled for email. I am unsure if it is because I'm a woman, or whether he's just no longer fit to be dealing with customers with large jobs. I recommend skip them. Sad, because they had done small projects for me in the past. If you do use them, only for 1 singular project at a time.
