When we bought a home years ago we used a different inspector- he inspected the property very quickly, reported only one issue, and was done. We moved in to the home to find a number of things that needed repair that the inspector should have found and noted. With milestone you get a detailed report, images, notes, estimated repair costs, etc. You will know exactly what you are getting yourself into or find areas of negotiation if needed. I am still waiting for a response from Dustin. In the meantime I had another electric company come to my house July 9, 2025 to check my generator. I asked the service rep about my light fixtures. He checked the kitchen light fixture and slightly moved the socket and light came on. He looked at the bathroom fixture and stated he did have the tools or time to fix it, but would come back.
