Ours had 12 large slices, plenty for two adults and two young kids. Value Our meal averaged about $16 per person after tax, including a family pizza and garlic cheese bread. Compared with other local pizza, Miners is typically $2 to $6 cheaper while delivering excellent quality. Take-and-Bake Tip Every oven is different. If your pizza seems floppy, especially in the center, it probably needs a few more minutes. I look for browned cheese and what I call the pizza's "heartbeat," the gentle bubbling motion across the top. Once you see that, the crust is usually right where it should be.
