Their pizza was amazing! We have been to Roslyn about a dozen times and have never eaten here due to them being closed or packed. This trip trying then was on my to do list. Service was crazy awesome with a one man show doing the ordering, serving and following up. This place isn't huge inside. You order at the counter but you do get service once the pizza is delivered. We got our pizza but can't remember the name. It had jalapeños on it and it was so delicious. The only compliant I have was that they don't give you plates, only paper to eat it off. I had my 89 year old mother with us and she has to have her pizza cut. When cutting the paper cut through but other than that we will look forward to coming back... maybe bring out own paper plates, lol. read more

This place has the BEST pizza east of Issaquah. We first became aware of this pizza spot last year during a cabin trip with friends. After a fun afternoon, we stopped by this pizza spot in Roslyn. Something about this pizza place gave me nostalgic vibes of Chuck E. Cheese pizza. I remember feeling so warm and hole with each bite. This year, we ran the food back, ordering delivery, but chilling down and finishing three full pizza boxes in less than an hour. The service when we went last year was high-quality. I remember speaking with the staff about the menu and the venue itself. The business itself is very welcoming. As expected from any restaurant in this area. Great pizza place. The food tasted good and from reading a few reviews on yelp I tried out the honey on the crust, and I definitely recommend it as well. The staff was friendly and the food came out relatively quickly. Pay with cash. I asked the owner if he preferred cash or card and he said it was up to me so I paid with card but later saw on the walls advocating for cash. I wish he just told me they preferred cash. Paid parking is abundant throughout town and the area is small enough where you will probably walk to all the little shops you'd like to visit. read more

I wanted to like this place. Ambiance was fine. Staff was friendly and prompt. But the pizza just wasn't good. Dough was too doughy; more like cinnamon roll consistency, not pizza dough. Red sauce was overly sweet, under spiced, and in far too much quantity. Toppings were buried under the cheese, so didn't have the opportunity to crisp in the oven. She commented on how her costs have increased but she hasn't raised her prices. Came home to write a review and discovered a review that referenced an "inflation charge". That explains why our order added up to more than I expected. ***Here's the awful part*** Total was $129 for The #9 (plus sausage) $25, a Village Combo $25, a Duck Town $22.75, Village Stix $10, Cheese Stix $7, and 5 drinks $7.50 when it should have been $106. Ummm YUMMY! We just had the 17" Cheese pizza but it was baked to perfection. The sauce was delicious and the crust was even better. I had high hopes for Village Pizza place since even the other restaurants in town speak highly of it and it's well-rated on Yelp. Unfortunately, our experience was surprisingly bad with both the service as well as the food. Due to the popularity, we made reservations to ensure we didn't have to wait for a spot and when we arrived they did have our table waiting for us. There was only one person in line in front of us when we ordered our food, and when we got to the counter I could tell the server was agitated since she was curt and very distracted by the orders coming out as well as the phone ringing several times (they deliver in the area and may be the only pizza place to do so, which I'm assuming that's where some of her stress was coming from). \We ordered individual slices since we have kids and like different types of pizza, and also didn't want to wait the 25 minutes for our food. Other reviewers mentioned the quality of the individual slices which I was looking forward to. I still tipped 20% (my standard) even though I had to order at the register and despite the fact that the server wasn't very friendly. I was optimistic since the price was decent - especially for the drinks (a pitcher of Elysian Space Dust was listed at $14, which is a steal. However, the menu was wrong and we were charged $15.25 for it; still a deal but not what's listed). They also serve the beer in plastic cups which is a bummer since I prefer glass but at least they're fully compostable and I understand they're easier to deal with since there are fewer dishes to clean. After waiting almost 30 minutes we had two of our four slices come out, and only half of our drinks. This long wait was perplexing since the slices are already made and the drinks were apple juice, so it was a service issue not an issue with the kitchen. The slice of pepperoni looked like it had been sitting there for hours (see my attached photo) and both slices were cold. There was a much larger line at this point, so I waited at the front for 15 more minutes before finally calling out to the server that we were still missing our kids pizza and drinks, and that the pizza slices were very old. She refuted the fact that the pizza was way to old to serve, then reluctantly asked if I wanted another pizza. Before I could answer, she disappeared to the back then went to help other customers. I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes and deal with this rude service, so my wife went up to request a refund on our pizza. The server was not happy about this, but to her credit did refund our entire order. For that, I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 since the food they managed to serve us was also very stale. On the plus side, they have delivery and offer discounts to military, locals, public service members and industry which is a nice touch if it applies to you. Hopefully you get there either when it's not too busy, or the server isn't so agitated. read more

My husband, my 4 daughters and myself ordered delivery from this place when we were at suncadia for a long weekend. The gal that answered the phone was really nice and she was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered an order of their buffalo wings, a cheese and sausage pizza, and a veggie pizza. The wings we great! Had good flavor and came with bleu cheese. Both pizzas were delicious! The ingredients on both were fresh and flavorful. Their pizza sauce was good. Since the new ownership over years ago, this pizzeria has an amazing atmosphere. When you come in and order, you have friendly staff and amazing tasting food. This can be a very busy place but they do take reservations so if you want a seat would recommend calling in a day or two ahead of time. Same goes for ordering take out. You can of course walk in and place an order. They will take your number and give you a call when your order is ready. For us, it was an hour out, so unless you want to hang out at Heritage or the Brick for awhile it may be worthwhile to call in your order and pick it up for take out. As to the pizza, it was great with an excellent gluten free crust and a vegan mozzarella option for those with those needs. I would note that their red sauce is a bit on the sweet side. We are staying at SunCadia and (surprise surprise) our room wasn't ready so we decided to head here to pick up dinner for us and the kids. Grabbed a medium combo, half pep/half cheese, wings, and their cheese stix. Didn't try the kids pizza but our combo was probably one of the best pizzas we've had in at least a decade! Lots of toppings and the crust was perfect!!! The kid that ate the wings loved them and I loved the cheese stix with its dipping sauce. Pretty good pizza for being in the middle of nowhere. Definitely not the worst (Sahara), but not the best I've ever had either. But definitely edible and would eat it again. We picked up and it took over an hour to get our pizzas and when we went back to pickup when they said to after 30 mins they had lost the order. So another 30 minutes later we got our pizza. The cheese is over the toppings and the crust is pretty thick, pretty good combo. We had a whole bunch of different kinds of pizza (veggie, meat, cheese) and everyone enjoyed it.
