Great place to purchase an RV. Staff is super friendly and the pricing is up front and no sales people to haggle with. Highly recommended.

One of the worst and unaccommodating business I have ever dealt with. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Unbelievable!

After a major accident that totaled my car, I found myself back on the market for my next vehicle…read morepurchase. I was very leary of purchasing pre-owned as I have heard so many horror car buying stories of shady salesman, selling faulty vehicles and lacking clarity about the true vehicle condition, so I started my research. It took me close to a month of research, before I found a preowned dealership that still honored integrity. I knew the cars I was interested in and found my way to Goldie's. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me ! Special thanks to Goldie's and super special thanks to John!

From the first call to the delivery these guys went above and beyond. CARFAX, yep, pric, great rate financing and a sweet service contract which I never get, but it's a Porsche . also I checked their lot, all of the vehicles had clearly marked prices, what a time saver. HONESTLY I never give car dealers great reviews

RUN, don't walk away from this dealership! We bought a…read morevehicle in late August and in the last few days have discovered significant issues. We were told there was only a 15 day warranty (we opted not to pay for an extended warranty because the inspection came back solid, or so we were told, so we didn't think and extended warranty was necessary), and while we were given a number and told to "call if we had any issues", we thought that nothing could be done as it was past the 15 day mark, and if the car was overheating within minutes, I don't think it would have made the 14 mi drive to the dealership. So we chose to take it to our trusted mechanic that we've used for years, plus our mechanic opens at 7am so my husband could still get to work on time. Telling me that they'd have had a mechanic meet us at 9am, as if they'd be doing us this big favor (because they open at 10am) isn't exactly a solution. Come to find out, the car needed $4400 worth of work, majority of which could not have just popped up out of nowhere in the less than a month that we've had the car. So if the car was fully inspected before purchased like we were told that it was, there's no way they wouldn't have found these things. When I called and spoke to ownership, they were more focused on blaming us for not calling them first to "give them an opportunity" and for "choosing" to take it to another mechanic. This car never should have even left the lot in that condition and yeah I yelled at the guy on the phone (but not right off the bat-- I really tried to be patient), mostly because I was frustrated that he kept talking over me, interrupting me, and using the same useless, blaming phrases over and over when all I was asking was how we move forward from here. The only solution offered during that call was that I should call our mechanic and have him put back together what he'd already taken apart. But then in addition to the cost of that labor, we'd also incur the cost of a tow truck, because it would not have been safe to drive in the condition it was in. And here's the thing. There's all these positive Google reviews saying how friendly they are and how good their customer service is. But those are happy customers. Everyone loves a happy customer. It's how you treat a disgruntled customer that counts and that is a necessary skill to have if you're going to own a business. Take this as a learning experience, because if you treat customers like that, especially an unhappy customer seeking a realistic solution, I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to the business. Last Friday (it's now Tuesday), the owner told my husband that he would look over an itemized bill from the mechanic we took the car to "see where we're at" and "might be able to" reimburse us for anything that their inspection should have caught. He took days to even send his email to us for us to forward the itemized bill and has since been dodging our calls. I want to re-state that this was the same person who was swearing up and down that he "could have been reached anytime, day or night", and now won't answer our calls or texts.

I had such an amazing experience at Larry Miller Ford service center today. My advisor was Abbie…read more She was kind, listened and answered all of my questions. I took my car in for regular maintenance oil change, tire rotation, etc. She asked if I wanted to stay and wait or get a ride home. Yep that's right. I said get a ride home. I live out in Queen Creek and she offered to have someone drive me home and drive me back to the shop. I didn't have anything going on so I stayed at the shop. Their lounge was simple but comfortable. They had coffee, tea and water available free of charge for customers. This dealership is going through a major remodel. Getting in and out can be a little bit difficult, but the great service made it well worth it! I had questions about an existing maintenance plan. Abbie got all the information needed and insured the maintenance plan we had on a vehicle we no longer owned was transferred to another vehicle. Even the gentleman who worked on my car was kind and complimented how clean and well maintained my vehicle was. Going forward we will have all of our vehicle serviced at this location. Thank you Abbie and the kind gentleman that worked on my vehicle.

Brenda Bergseid 4 reviews·2 photos…read more just now New I will not be recommending Larry H. Miller to anyone! Unfortunately for you as I am the "go to person" for recommendations, to my family, friends and, neighbors. They trust me! The entire vehicle repair experience had no redeeming value! I will never forget my negative experience. I brought it in for an oil change. It took over 3 hours. I was then shown that my front driver's side tire had a wobble in it. I asked if it could be looked at that day. I was told to bring it back, which I did. I received an estimate for $5,000+ to replace parts, etc.. I immediately approved the quote, despite not believing that extensive repair needed to be done. I NEEDED my vehicle back. They promised it would be done on 2 days. The date promised was a joke! My vehicle was there for a week+. I could not reach anyone on the phone or via text to give me an update. I finally drove to the shop and waited to get helped. I asked if my vehicle was done. I was told, "You were my next phone call!" Great, but you had no idea where my vehicle was in the repair process or when it would be done. Further when I mentioned that I had been trying to reach you for days, you said, "Text messages work best because I am on the go in and out of the office"! I showed him the multiple text messages I had sent. He checked his screen, and the messages I sent hadn't even been opened. We were at Superstition Springs Mall, when we got a call that the vehicle was all of a sudden done. You sent an Uber to our home in east Mesa to pick us up instead of the mall. We called you back and we were finally picked up and brought back to the dealership. I paid the $5000 + bill and went to leave. My brand new floor mats had grease on them, as well as the board on the front drivers side. I was so anxious to leave I never even mentioned the grease! I drove my vehicle for 2-3 miles and it was very apparent that the air conditioner was not working. It worked perfectly when I brought it in for service. I had to bring the vehicle back again, to have it repaired. I was under the assumption that the air conditioner would be fixed free of charge as it worked perfectly when I dropped it off. I finally got a call regarding the inoperable air conditioner and a quote for $1,600+ to fix it. It needed a new condenser, among other things??? New transmission fluid and on and on. I said no, and made another trip to your shop to bring the vehicle home - without air conditioning? The next day, I took it to a trusted repair shop, referred to me from my neighbor. The air conditioner was fixed in less than 3 hours and only the gaskets needed replacing. The bill was less than $300.00! It included seals, gaskets and new fluids. It did not need a new compressor at all. Wonderful freezing air blew out my vents, just like it did before you worked on my vehicle. Your labor hours for the air conditioning were estimated to be 4-6 hours and 2 days to fix it! I have all the paperwork to support my disastrous experience. It is apparent as to why I cannot give Larry H. Miller even a satisfactory rating. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a female. Even if that were the case, I would have been maybe okay with the $5,000 bill I paid, had everything been fixed in a timely manner. I get that there can be delays for parts, etc., but the inability to communicate the status of my vehicle repair, is completely unacceptable! It is very disrespectful to me, that you got grease on my new floor mats. My 2001 Ford Explorer has less than a 100,000 original miles on it. It looks like new and has been very well taken care of. I will be sure to let everyone know your work is subpar at best. Your repair estimates and commitment to complete the repairs are bogus! You give "Ford" a terrible representation!!
