Great place to purchase an RV. Staff is super friendly and the pricing is up front and no sales people to haggle with. Highly recommended.

One of the worst and unaccommodating business I have ever dealt with. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Unbelievable!

Ive been a customer for what feels like about 6 years now. I mostly use their service department…read moreto care for my motorhome. Are they perfect? No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!

1 STAR -- BUYER BEWARE! Think Twice Before Buying From Camping World Mesa…read more Our experience with Camping World Mesa has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel other buyers deserve to know what they may be getting themselves into. We purchased a 2022 Forest River travel trailer in September 2025. Within ONE WEEK, we discovered a roof leak and immediately brought the trailer back to Camping World. We were told it had been repaired. We took the trailer on our first camping trip in October 2025, only to discover that it was leaking again. We brought it back, and this time we were told they had to reseal it. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. More recently, we discovered water coming into the trailer again. When we brought it back, we were told that the warranty claim was denied. Let that sink in: We purchased a trailer from them, found a leak within a week, were told it was repaired, had it leak again on our first camping trip, had it resealed, and now we're dealing with water intrusion again -- and apparently that's our problem. And then there's the oven knob. The oven knob was missing FROM DAY ONE. We waited approximately 12 MONTHS for a replacement knob. At one point, Camping World tried to replace our entire oven because we were told the original oven was "obsolete." The replacement oven they installed was at least two inches shorter than the original, leaving an unacceptable fit. I told them that was not an acceptable replacement, and thankfully they eventually located the correct knob for our original oven and put the original oven back in. You would think that would be the end of it. It wasn't. When we went to pick up our trailer after this latest visit, we noticed bulging around the door area that absolutely was NOT there when we dropped the trailer off just days earlier. Camping World's explanation? The heat caused it. And their response? They said they weren't responsible. At this point, we have spent an incredible amount of time dealing with repeated problems that should never have happened in the first place. A trailer should not be sold with an existing leak. A repair should actually FIX the leak. Customers shouldn't have to wait a year for an oven knob that was missing when they bought the trailer. And damage that appears while your trailer is in a facility's possession should at least be taken seriously and investigated rather than simply dismissed. Our experience has been repeated leaks, repeated trips back to the dealership, months and months of waiting, an unacceptable attempted oven replacement, and now new damage that wasn't there when we dropped it off. We bought a trailer because we wanted to enjoy camping and make memories with our family -- not spend our time fighting to get basic issues addressed. BUYER BEWARE. If you're considering purchasing a trailer from Camping World Mesa, I strongly recommend doing your homework, having the trailer independently inspected, documenting EVERYTHING, and getting every promise in writing. Our experience has left us extremely disappointed and frustrated, and based on what we've experienced, we cannot recommend Camping World Mesa. 1 STAR -- and only because zero stars isn't an option.

My husband and I have been looking for an RV for our family to use for vacation and camping trips…read more We have rented several to figure out what we wanted and started looking seriously earlier this year. We were pretty specific with what we wanted/needed to meet our requirements. We lucked out when the perfect for us RV appeared at Integrity RV. We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. Their patience and explanations to us first timers was amazing. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and integrity driven business this is the one to go with. Thank you Integrity RV for our RV and amazing support.

First I wish to say that the North Miami location is WONDERFUL. Kind & friendly. They tried their…read morebest to help -- it was the CORPORATE decision makers and policies that are entirely unsatisfactory The first words on Cruise America's website on why a customer should choose the company are: ***Peace of Mind -- The stress-free convenience of vacationing with your room on your back allows families and friends to travel comfortably and in style*** Truly false advertising, because Cruise America's Rental Agreement details the ways in which they assume no responsibility for any of the features of the RV that would mitigate stress or enable comfort!!! Most of the Agreement details the responsibility and liability that the renter assumes, and the 772 words within sections 9 & 10 make it abundantly clear that it will not be a "stress free, convenient or comfortable" experience should anything go wrong. Even if, as in our case, problem was entirely due to Cruise America's failure to maintain the unit that caused the issue. And even though a simple solution was available (mechanic they sent to diagnose was at campsite with us & the nonfunctional generator and the part that needed to be replaced was just 20 minutes away & he was willing to install onsite) Cruise America would not authorize it to be delivered--despite my offer to pay for an Uber to pickup & deliver! Cruise America's admitted in writing that the company knows it's not true! The representative's exact words -- copied & pasted from his email response: "Our website messaging, including phrases such as "Peace of Mind" and "stress-free convenience," reflects the intended experience we strive to provide our customers. However, those statements are general marketing language and are not contractual guarantees." !!! Though we had zero use of the unit during our 7 day rental their final restitution was equal to just 1.5 days of the cost, with agreement not to claim for more. So this review is solely to warn renters that their advertising-by their own admission-is meaningless. If you want to use a/c, heater, microwave, electric outlets, charge your phone etc you'll need full hookup capability

Well we made it to Missouri. Called Cruise America, the answer I got was go find a shop and get it fixed basically. No other RV within 250 miles. So their answer is well take it to Camping world to get the door fixed, then the next day get the A/C fixed with the steering wheel at 3 o'clock and fighting it to drive down the road and now I have to take it to Branson Coach in one day with the generator and the overhead A/C, and steering mind you this is our Vacation we have been put out of the RV because we can't stay in it. Cruise America has no care and now I have to take it everywhere to get it fixed. Just straight up crap they should be just put out of business, they are a so called "Cruise America" with no shops to fix it, I shouldn't have to beg to get the RV fixed now 2 days are going to be thrown away plus a whole week or so of not using it and I am supposed to Leave on Thursday, and now just stranded for over a week just sucks.
