I love the color red and the interior is some of the nicest I have scene. The comfort level is luxury with a two tone interior. I never owned a vehicle with 30 way adjustable massage seats. Wow! Purchased our 2025 Lincoln Aviator in Maryland. We are on an amazing roadtrip & enjoying the journey in this beautiful luxurious machine. I LOVE it, minor issues (more operator error than vehicle), but it is a pleasure to drive. We hit 7500 miles in a month and needed to get a service done. Fiesta Lincoln is the closest to our Son so we went on-line to make an appointment in the time-frame we planned to be in Phoenix area. 1st Majot Complement- I was able to make an appointment with no issue (on-line) during the time that was best for us. That was amazing. 2nd Complement- upon arrival, our Service Advisor (Dexter) was ready for us. No waiting around - he came out & walked us to the desk- went over paperwork, signatures, and explained the complementary service. He walked us to the waiting room (very comfortable) & showed us the available beverages (soda, water, coffee) and other snacks. 3rd Complement- We received a text with video link showing us what the technician observed & the services he completed. Service & wash was completed in a timely manner & we were happy. Dexter walked us through the paperwork for completion & let us know his detail crew took care of some sap that was on the hood. We drove out of there very pleased with the whole experience- cannot compare to other Lincoln dealerships and service as this is our first one, but if they are all like this then we made the right choice. So sad with their service department They treated us like we were insane with a constant metallic noise we kept hearing. We had our Lincoln in several times over a month, left it there so they could drive it to hear the noise. They never did. Then they supposedly said they fixed it. So we picked it up, drove off and heard the noise! We had just paid over $350 for that service.... Drove it 2,000 miles and it broke down, the mechanics at the other Lincoln place figured it out right away. Because it was broken! The rear end had gone out. I don't care if you figure out who I am by posting my story. What happened to us shouldn't have happened if they had better service employees and a less cocky service manager who knows it all because they hooked it up to a computer for diagnostics. We were gas-lighted and run around for nothing good to happen.... They will be happy to know we will never be back to Fiesta Lincoln. read more

I have no problem with the Lars in the PARTS department or KEN, DEXTER in SERVICE. I have a problem with the manangement. I bought a 2024 Nautilus. That has been in the shop 2x in less than 30 days. Had the car towed and 3 recalls already. When I told manangement I wanted a new car , they said sure , for $ 6,000 more, for the same vehicle. Once issue in the BRAND NEW car was diagnosed and multiple attempts were made to address the issue, Fiesta Lincoln barred from having the car serviced there so they would not have to deal with the issue. I was very pleased with Tucker from Fiesta Lincoln when we visited with him to look at Lincoln vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in responding to all our questions. I was impressed with his ability to understand our needs and match up a vehicle that was best suited for us. My only concern is that when we determined that we'd like to purchase a high end vehicle, a little extra effort to make us feel special would have been appreciated. Service rep "Lucy" hangs up on people when you ask questions she doesn't want to answer. My car has been in their service shop for 3 months out of the last 4 months--horrible. Instead of calling me to let me know my car is ready, she calls me asking when the loaner car is going to get turned in. When I complained about how long they had the car, she got defensive and started talking over me--not cool. These people need to understand I've been making payment all these months and my car is better than the junk loaner they've been giving me. read more

Scheduled RECALL warranty work, well over 2 weeks in advance with the "valet" pick up and drop off. Was promised that it was a 15-30min "quick camera change out"----30minutes before picking up my Navigator Black Label, one of the service managers calls to confirm and tells me they are really sorry I was told my truck would be done within 3 or 4 hours, and that they not only would NOT have my truck back in 2-4hrs, but that they would have it all day with no guarantee when they would get it completed. Or, if I wanted to bring it in myself, come in and WAIT in the lobby, that they MAY be able to "work it in" in a shorter period of time. WHAT is the point of making an appointment in advance...or even making an appointment at all??? Save your time, money and sanity and DRIVE TO SANDERSON LINCOLN---100% worth every minute of the drive to receive top quality LINCOLN CUSTOMER SERVICE. 2nd chance with Fiesta--last time they "couldn't recreate" the problem I had RECORDED video of--- will never have our business for sales or service again. I always had a fear of bringing my car into the dealer. I was afraid no matter what was wrong they would charge way more than a local mechanic. We'll...I brought my car in for AC work. It was hot on one side and sometimes cold on the other side. I dealt with service representative Derrick. Derrick throughout my cars stay at the dealer was very good at communicating what was being done. They recommended some warranty work on the brakes: replacing the boosters. I also had an issue with the car's speed limit voice which I will have to bring back later with two FOBs. Did you know that if Fiesta's sales manager doesn't like you that they won't serve your car? Not even if you bought it there! After a dispute that lasted two month without resolution, I filled on a Ford survey to complain. I didn't realize that the surveys were only to praise, not criticize Fiesta. There's a recall on my 2021 Corsair and I've been told via email that I will have to take the car to another dealer. I didn't know that warranty work was optional. Prior to this encounter I was told if I wanted to buy a new car that I'd have to look elsewhere. So, I did. I've ordered a 2023 Nataulis from the Lincoln dealer in Phoenix. I'm sure that Al, the Fiesta Sales Manager could care less, but someone should...the owners? Or maybe Ford Motor. I know I do. And, by the way, I have no beef with the Steve in sales or Dex in the service area. read more

4 weeks to fix an issue that I was initially told would take 1 week at most to fix results in one of the most miserable experiences of my entire life. Two weeks due to being busy during the holiday season I can somewhat understand but another two weeks, resulting in me being without a car for almost an entire month is completely unacceptable. It became a comedy of errors, of initially confusing what needed to be done on my car, not being able to program my car's computer properly, and the guy they needed to finally program it being delayed on another vehicle. I have been evaluating new vehicles for about a year. About two weeks ago I went into Fiesta Lincoln and test-drove a new Lincoln. I considered the price and after cost for insurance and decided the Lincoln was the way to go. They did not have the color combination that I wanted but Sanderson Ford did. Sanderson does not play well with other dealerships. Sanderson Ford quoted me one price but the payments equated to a much higher price. In addition, I was going to do 2.9% for 48 months but Sanderson refused to tell me that they had 0% for 60 months. Sanderson just played me for a fool too many times. I returned to Fiesta to consider different colors. Fiesta was able to find my preferred color combination car in California and have it delivered within 48 hours. They gave me a lower price than what Sanderson had quoted, they gave me 1500 more for my trade, and because I was able to qualify through an employer for the X plan, I also got an additional $1000 rebate. Did I say 0% for 60 months? Would never hesitate doing business with Fiesta (or any Berge dealership) in the future. read more

I took my car for servicing for a consecutive year in a half and they treated me like I was crazy. Went though 7000$ in repairs and still did not fix the issue. I took it back to them they pretended to fix other things and I still had the same issue finally they said they found the issue "for real this time" and thought I was going to pay even after all of the false fixes they did. They even accepted money from Lincoln corp. to pay for the repairs and still was trying to get more money. One the way out the 2nd to last fix they took a straight razor to my back seat and passenger door! And also left my car out in the sun for months and it worped the hood of my car they did nothing but blamed it on me even though I have a garage. I have a 2022 Navigator. The display screen intermittently flickers, shuts off then resets. It resets settings etc so it is frustrating. I brought it in to Dexter, and they ran diagnostics but couldn't find the issue. I told him I will record and send when it happens, since it happens randomly. I called and let him know. I sent video approximately a day or so later. No response. I followed up 3 times and still no response. I have over $100k vehicle with lacking unprofessional service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Having bought a 2020 Corsair with a defective rear turn signal, Fiesta Lincoln doesn't have the ability to repair, fix, or replace it. And to top it off, while attempting, put a dent in the car directly above the left tail light. Now, I'm being sent to another dealership to fix what they can't do.
