I just became aware of the allegations being made by a fired ex-employee against Spavia and the owner/manager Merirae Tackett. Merirae worked directly for me for over 15 years. I had the chance to watch her work; see her amazing work ethic; and understand the deep level of honesty and integrity. I had a facial, body scrub and spray tan for my upcoming trip to Hawaii. Gina Benedict was absolutely amazing!!! I have had many facials but Gina's was by far one of the best facials I have ever had! I have also been spray tanned for upcoming events and trips but the body scrub followed by a spray tan was just what was needed for Hawaii. My skin was smooth and the color was completely even. I can't tell you how much a single visit with Colleen has done for me. Her energy alone is something you want to be around when you pay for some self-care treatments. I've had two spray tans and multiple facials with Colleen and they seemingly get better every time. Her advices on products and skin care has helped my skin transform. I booked an appointment with Colleen for a facial, I got the pumpkin facial and it was amazing!! Not only does my face feel great, but she also massaged my neck, shoulders, and arms which is something nobody else has done for me during a facial. My recent experience at Spavia was wonderful. I had a body wrap with Gina. After checking in, you put on your nice robe and slippers and wait in a nice area until your appointment. I had never had a body wrap so didn't know what to expect. Gina walked through and explained the process to me before starting. She made me feel very comfortable during the entire appointment. Christi has been my aesthetician for about 2 1/2 years. She is fantastic; kind and attentive. My skin looks and feels great.
