I filled out the correct paperwork and submitted it to cancel our payment, and then NOTHING happened. I never received a phone call, email, or any communication about our cancelation. I end up getting charged again (for two more months) after I wanted to cancel. It has been such FIGHT to get this membership canceled and our money back. For my most recent, my massage was on a regular table but instead of a cloth on the face cradle, it was a paper towel....... The hall door was OPEN during the better part of my last 90 minute massage...... Hearing people talking in the hallway and wondering if they could see my body if they walked by was not peaceful. They did some interesting limb bendy stuff on me that I think was trying to emulate Thai massage style, but it was just twisting my body in odd ways that felt weird with my scoliosis (which I'd already told them I had so idk why they did that). I kept waiting for them to return back to/take extra time to focus on the areas I designated on the tablet where my back muscles reallllly need extra care after moving to my lower body, but I am pretty sure they've never looked at my diagram any of the times I've been because this experience is consistent with all 3 visits I've had there. Came across my biggest pet peeve which is having stretches of time over a minute where it feels like the masseuse is just lightly spreading oil on my skin longer than necessary to run up the time. You know that really tall building in Sparks, NV that has Sparks Florist inside! As I parked and walked inside I was excited about entering this building I had never been in. If you know me, then you know that I'm not really into people touching me that I don't know. To be honest I only like my wifey touching my exterior....so needless to say I was nervous about this massage. I got up to the 2nd floor and in I went, entering the HAB. Amanda was ready and greeted me. She provided me with a quick questionnaire which included if I wanted light, medium, or heavy pressure for my massage. I thought that was a cool option. Personally the best massage for me is one of relaxing and rest while I zone into no mans land. Not asleep, but not awake land my special Yelp friends. Minutes after my questionnaire was completed I entered the massage room. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The table linens were white. And the bed was heated. My massage began and approximately 90 minutes later I returned to reality and felt AMAZING. I highly recommend Amanda as a masseuse. Amanda seemed to be a veteran massage therapist and very skilled and confident in her trade.
