I've been wanting to come to Spazio for a while now but heard it was pricey so I avoided it. Luckily, my neighbor said just swing by if anything they have really good service and might be able to help you decide the tile you want. So I finally went in to look for tile for my bathroom remodel. I'm so glad I did. Kesly immediately asked if I needed help. I had been all over the place with my tile selection and she helped me see a completely different look then I had imagined. I liked a long 2x20 tile when I walked in and we went from there. She helped me pick the wall, backsplash for niche and the floor. The cost wasn't even as pricey as I'd imagined. Very comparable to the tile I was already looking at. It came out beautiful. They sent someone out - identified as a "designer" - to my home, where he regaled me with pictures of his Beverly Hills projects and his Bel Air projects, while TELLING me what I need, rather than asking even one question about what I WANT. We stopped by at Spazio LA Tile Gallery while shopping around for wall and floor tiles for our small patio project. We decided to purchase from them even before finding what we were looking for because of the customer service we received. We interacted with Naomi throughout the whole process. She spent hours with us patiently going through on-site samples, catalogs and websites to help us find what we wanted. After we purchased she helped us find answers to a few questions about the porcelain specs. Finally, when the project was done she arranged the return and refund (there was a fee that we were told about in advance) of leftover materials. We have a couple more small projects coming up and we'll certainly go back to Spazio LA Tile Gallery. I was in awe when I first walked into this gallery. I could spend hours here trying to figure out what I want. The store itself is beautifully laid out with tons of high quality tiles, floors, and counter top materials. They also recently expanded so their selection is just mind boggling. SO MANY THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM!! They cater to many different styles so you are sure to find the perfect floors or backsplash. We are currently working with Spazio to renovate our house, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and guest bedroom. I'm so glad we decided to purchase everything from their gallery! Their staff has been so helpful with any questions we've had. I am normally a person who has the hardest time deciding on products to purchase especially if it comes to design. I explained Essi the look I was going for and he immediately selected pieces he thought I would like. We ended up purchasing the UrbanFloors Chene, Lambrusco wood floor that they carry. We also purchased chevron tiles for the bathroom floor, as well as a porcelain tiles important from Spain for the shower. From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable and had confidence that I would be able to design my house with their help. I walked into Spazio Tile LA on a whim after a bad customer service experience at a different tile and stone vendor in Northridge. I was immediately greeted by Naomi, who answered all of my questions with a smile. I ended up working pretty closely with Naomi over the following two months as I shopped for countertops, backsplash tiles, and cabinet hardware. She could not possibly have been more friendly, helpful, and professional. There were days when the store was slammed with customers, but she still somehow managed to help me (and everyone else in the store) in a timely fashion, and always with the same sense of calm and confidence. I have been purchasing tiles and other floor coverings material for my new construction projects from Spazio Tile Galley ever since they opened their store and am highly recommending anyone in a need for this type of material to visit their show room. Their prices are great and the material I purchased is top grade (I mean USA/Italy/Spain made), although they can suggest other lower grade material if desired. What I really liked is that they also helped me with the design in turn for a very large qty purchase and it is not a service I received from any of their competitors with my prior large purchases. This is a very very small store. The selection they do have is not bad but it's also nothing extraordinary that we haven't seen in most other tile stores which have much larger selections to choose from. The biggest issue though with our visit here was that there were no other customers in the store and no salesperson came to help us. There were a few people in the office but no one came out. As part of our kitchen remodel, we are replacing the tile floor with engineered wood to match the adjoining room. The contractor acquired product that was not correct, so in a panic I searched for a supplier of the flooring we had installed earlier. Luckily my search turned up Spazio LA Tile Gallery. They were able to order equivalent flooring. And it was just installed. They made sure we had enough flooring ordered and kept us informed of the progress of our order - all the way until 10 minutes before the truck rolled up to drop off the packages of flooring. They had floors for all price ranges and the staff was very helpful in terms of pointing the differences between each types of floors.
