She has a unique and uncanny ability to really listen to you and understand what your language is failing to really say. She will hold a special place just for you to come and process anything you want. It was hard for me to hear that I was playing a large part in the problem, but with her help we've seen huge improvements in our communication and the quality of our relationship. She helped us to actively listen to each other and understand how the other was feeling, as well as helping us to be more aware of when our own toxic pasts were bubbling up. Marc condoned Marijuana use that has been the door way to worse drugs. Marc does not know how to really help - he wants to be his patients friend rather then making patients that really need help do the hard work. We finally pulled our son from his care and our son is now in rehab with a brain disorder from chemical marijuana. I do not recommend this doctor for hard life situations. He might be good as a friend to some patients that just want small talk.

I was a little late due to direction problems, but when I arrived the doctor instead of rescheduling as probably was the best thing to do, went ahead a rushed a session and showed little interest or empathy towards me or my problems. All he could do was to hurry me out, get in his fancy car and rush away, leaving me alone in the parking lot. Really a wonderful thing for a doctor to do, don't you think? Plus, not safe, even for a person who is not in need of help! Then he sends me the $225.00 bill. Money is his God, I guess. In any case, we talked and agreed by phone that I could pay $25.00 per month since finances are tight, and discounted it by $25.00 Today, I got demand letter to pay in full by 9/17/15 or else it goes to collection. He decided that the arrangement we had made was not acceptable and also wants the whole $225.00 paid. It is impossible to pay him by the date requested, but I did email him and told him the check in full will be mailed tomorrow, 9-15-15 and that he should get it by the 18th or 19th. He best not send this to collection!!! You be the judge as to whether you want to take a chance on this kind of doctor! I have put this on here as a public service and a source for people who need help and are looking for a doctor. Hope it is of value as you evaluate your options.

Me having to wait 2 months after I issued a complaint and asked to be switched psychiatrist is unacceptable. I still haven't heard back from office manager(grievance) for my complaint. I the patient should have a say of who I wanted to be treated by and if situation arises. I the patient should have my needs met and not be treated as an enemy . If I don't advocate for myself then who will. I'm still giving this facility a low rating because I only was able to switch psychiatrist because I wrote a review through yelp. Yes I love my new psychiatrist Jenna Vo but the faculty n facility in Anaheim hills need to work better for their patients and not for themselves. There is a reason to why they already have a low rating from many patients. I just hope that they do make a change to their practices n procedures.
