Level three had lounge and a back area bar seating. We were told the lounge seats were by reservation only so we headed back to the main floor and grab an open table. Each floor had its own vibe and dedicated playlist/dj. The service was super slow to start. The same folks that were working the bar were also waiting the tables, so it took about 15 minutes to even be acknowledged and get waters and a menu. Hookah was through a separate vendor and was $60. We order the wings and fried shrimp. Both came with fries and were really good, tasted fresh, and seasoned well. The cocktails were strong, though my lemon drop arrived lukewarm so I and to transfer ice from my water to cool it down. Late night menu range from $17-19, cocktails were $15-20. Overall, I'm lowering stars bc of slow and spotty service. I'd probably be back to try other things on the menu, but I'll definitely be sitting at the bar.

A personal bottle of Saratoga water was $7 which seemed a bit extreme. Gratuity was automatic. Mind you we were one of the only groups in the restaurant... all other tables had 'reserved' signs on them. For who? I'm not sure. He was obviously very annoyed to have to serve us and made rude comments to a few people in our group. For the food - the served actually told us 'you didn't order that' when we reminded him or 2 items that were forgot. They came out about 15 mins later. The 2 pizzas in my photos were the same pizza... not sure what happened there.
