I've been coming here for the past 3 years with my family and have been primarily treated by Dr. Peggy. The staff are friendly, professional, and take care of all my family dental needs. I've recently just completed my Invisalign with them and couldn't be more satisfied. Service is fast, efficient, and the doctor takes the time to address all of my concerns. It's difficult enough keeping track of my family's appointments however, the staff helps so much through early scheduling, reminder text and phone calls, and accommodations whenever. Tiny waiting room (a no no for patient privacy when checking in/out), bad parking situation (parking lot is small). We had to park on the street and walk. Some relatives referred us here. The doctors here are very unprofessional. The cleaning only took two minutes, and they kept trying to push all kinds of products on you--deep cleaning, toothpaste, mouthguards. If you don't buy them, the doctor will treat you with a bad attitude. It's really scary. be careful and avoid this place. read more

Dr. Choi did the whole tooth pulling procedure along with his assistant kayle and helen , Dr. Choi was very gentle and has a lot of patience with me the whole procedure at this office was a pleasant experience . Everytime I come here I get so stressed out. This is the last time coming here. I got my permanent crown placed today and I kept saying at least 10 times- do not shave my real tooth any more! What did the dentist do...shave it down and now it's a complete nub. He says he has to so it would fit into the crown. Isn't it suppose to be the other way....the crown is suppose to fit my tooth....not shave the tooth so it can fit into the crown. Aren't dentists suppose to SAVE the tooth. I had 3 other dentists work on this same tooth prior to root canal. One dentist even said the tooth was small, it may not even be enough for a crown. Dr Choi was able to save my tooth and left a good amount of tooth structure left so I would be able to have a crown rather than extract the tooth because I was so adamant about saving this tooth. Sadly, Dr Choi is no longer working there. I felt like he specialized in cosmetic dental work and educated me about having an aesthetically good porcelain crown in which I paid an extra $350 so the tooth looks nice. But the dentist today (I don't want to throw his name out there) kept chipping away at my good tooth and what is left. The dentists here are not friendly, don't ask about my feelings, and don't even explain After Care instructions! I didn't know that I could not floss with a temp crown so it fell off! I never had a temp crown before- how would I know not to floss?! Because no one gave me Aftercare Instructions. Moral of the story: if you want to have aesthetically good looking teeth, go to a cosmetic dentist. Do not go to general dentist. Make sure the dentist specialize in cosmetic work. Once your teeth is gone. You can never get it back. Be careful coming to small businesses because sometimes they want to collect insurance money and may offer you a procedure you may not need like how one dentist said I needed a dental implant. But another dentist managed to give me a crown instead. Every doctor and dentist are different. Get second and even third opinions when getting permanent work done. Great dentist for your whole family. My family has been seeing Dr Peggy Kang for the past 7 years. My daughter is extremely shy and scared of strangers. The staffs and Dr. Kang will take time to calm my daughter down. My daughter is 5 years old now. She got her first fillings. Dr Kang recommended her to drink a medicine that would make her drowsy for couple of hours. Then her staff will help hold her down while they perform the procedure on her. The whole time we are not near the dentist chair nor near my daughter. We feel confident she is getting good care with Dr. Kang. Of course she was crying, but the procedure went fast. We feel this is much better option than putting her under full anastasia. read more

Came here for an emergency dental visit, the staff was really nice! They took care of me right away and was able to extract my bad tooth same day! It was so quick and they made sure I was comfortable and the information I needed for after care. It was also nice to be able to book an appointment 2 days after thanksgiving. read more

I mean, what can you say about a dentist? Going to a dentist always sucks. But for me, it was voluntary--I guess. But Dr. Kang was kind and gentle throughout my entire procedure. She knows her stuff and her staff is so kind. Props to Maggie, The receptionist, and Yvette (My fav!). They made things so much easier and made sure I was well taken care of. After the anesthesia wore off, I was able to see the work that had happened on my teeth, a bit of bruising from the cleaning and my procedure but nothing hurt. But I called back to ask to see if the discoloration was normal. Maggie picked up and reassured me that the discoloration was from the minor bruising, nothing more. She was super awesome. I have to go back to finish the last step of my veneers and I look forward to it. I super happy with my smile now...after years of braces, pallet expanders, and extractions, I finally have the "perfect smile"...or as perfect as my teeth are willing to look. We've been with Dr. Kang for at least 5 years now. The entire staff have been so welcoming and genuinely caring since the first day we took our son here when he was only 3.5 years old. I remember our little one being so scared and nervous initially, but Dr. Kang and her assistants all did their best to make him feel comfortable and at ease, and still continue to do so to this day. They get pretty busy and booked up, but are great at accommodating and working with our schedule. We love 4 Ever Smile, this is our family dental office. My husband and I have a fear of the dentist but we have always felt comfortable and taken care of there. When I got dental work done I was traumatized from past experiences but they met me where I was at and helped me get comfortable. The recovery from a root canal, and wisdom teeth removal was a breeze. Within a couple of days I was feeling significantly better and swelling was gone. We brought our daughter for her first dentist appointment. They were so patient and kind, set her up with her favorite show and cheered her on along the way. I do not recommend coming here for dental services. Dentist is so rough when cleaning teeth. Appointments are rushed. As a patient, you will not feel valued here. Front desk is unaccommodating and unprofessional. They violate patient rights when changing the doctor you are scheduled to see to another doctor on the schedule without your permission! Not every dentist is the same in terms of skill level and knowledge. Overall, quality of care is subpar. read more

Not entirely sure what's going on at this office. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went here because my usual dentist had reduced hours due to covid. First time seemed okay. Although one of their assistants is definitely on the whackier side. I need a root canal done. Actual doctor went to go do something and I was left with the assistant, Hispanic/Latina, and she proceeded to talk to me about God, the vaccine being the mark of the beast, and all that stuff unprompted. I never complained about it and just wanted to get my teeth fixed and planned on never coming back. Don't wanna stir up the people with sharp instruments in your mouth. Well I had to get an authorization sent off to Medical. I was denied. I called medical and they were requesting more X-rays from them. So I went back and took more and I've been waiting since. Timeline has been from about November 2020-April 28 2021 I called medical today (4/28/2021) they said my claim was denied 4/15/2021 due to there being no X-rays attached. Wtf. I don't know what the people are doing at this office and the doc might need a better crew. Or if they want out of pocket money instead of medical money. I'm going back to my regular dentist. read more

Dr. Kang has been our family dentist for many years.Her team is very professional. Not only does routine check-ups, but they also provide deep dental cleaning every two years. In addition, my children's braces are done by Dr. Kang. Their teeth now are not only beautiful , perfect looking but also very healthy. A lot of people are afraid of visiting the dental place. But it's never happened to us. the treatment has never caused too much pain. They are nice with warm hearts to patients. Their system is also very well constructed. They remind patients to come back for routine checkups at a fixed time. I would say whenever we visit, we can always feel they are detail, patient, efficient and professional. The pictures are right after Dr. Peggy Kang did the treatments for my daughter. She's just filling a cavity. Why does she have a wound? Bleed? My daughter is 6yrs and she is calm. The treatment is very rough and you can tell they are in hurry!! My daughter's lips are covered in small cuts after treatment. The worst part is I didn't approve of my daughter to use nitrous oxide but the doctor used it without telling me. When I raised my objection, the doctor instead of explaining she took a firm stance. This place is forcibly providing unnecessary treatment without the patient's consent, and charging fees without consent. When I communicated with them I was told that she did not have time to explain to me that if I did not want to treat her, she needed to receive the next patient. The attitude is very bad. It's horrible experience here and definitely not recommended. read more

I switched to this dental office because my last dentist was so horrible! After I read the reviews for this dental group, I made an appointment in November 2020 to get some x-rays done and do a cleaning especially since I haven't gone to a dentist since November 2019 and with the pandemic going on I didn't feel safe going out. After going to the office just ONCE, I think I found the right place to do all of my dental work. I really like Tiffany who works at the front desk. She is very communicative and patient. I like talking to her because she helped me feel more relax because I hate going to the dentist as a kid and up to this point. Dr. Peggy is also amazing. She helped me with my cleaning, cavity fillings, and Invisalign :) She gives me the best tips for dental care. She is very gentle and does her best to help her patients feel relax. I am amazed with her multi-tasking skills :) There are two assistants (won't say names) at the office that I did not really like and here's why. I need to get a scan of my teeth for Invisalign. These two assistants gave me the impression that they don't know what they are doing. The scanner they used is "new" so they are not used to this technology. I understand that with the new technology it will take some time to get used to, but don't be so unprofessional about it. Be confident! I can tell that one of the assistants was nervous, and because of that I felt nervous too because I am the patient. The other assistant was a little rude. She kept telling me open my mouth wider but I couldn't and she had the audacity to get frustrated with me. Please do not get frustrated with me. She also had to check the way I bite. She put pressure on my chin and tried to push my jaw in. She got frustrated with me because apparently it was not my "bite". Uhm....THAT'S HOW I BITE! I HAVE AN UNDERBITE AND YOU PUSHING MY LOWER JAW HURTS! Dr. Peggy came over to my station because honestly these two assistants were taking FOREVER. Dr. Peggy was like "What's going on?" The rude assistant was like "She can't bite right. Is that her bite?" Dr. Peggy said, "Yes, that's her bite." I was so annoyed at that point because she didn't believe me that's how I bite. Anyways, the assistant had to take some photos of my teeth with a phone to send to the Invisalign company and that took so long too! She got so frustrated and so they called another assistant to take the pictures and it took this new assistant no more than 7 minutes. I do not think the two assistants that I mentioned are professional. The overall process took an hour and a half. This whole scanning thing should have taken one hour MAX. Don't get me wrong, these two assistants are good people but I think they are good at certain jobs in the office. Overall, I am satisfied with all the procedures I have done so far at this office. read more

So happy I found a great dentist close to my home. Dr Kang is very patient and compassionate, perfect qualities for working in the medical profession. Even though I ask a million questions and have many worries, she answers and addresses them all without ever getting frustrated with me. She is honest in her responses where she'll educate you on what she thinks is the best and won't push you to get unnecessary procedures. She is gentle when I am on the dental chair getting work done. I've been to dental offices where they yank my mouth around, not giving a damn! I'm currently doing Invisalign and will be finished in about 2 months.
