I took my toddler here three times so far and had good experiences. The waiting room is comfortable and well organized. The TV with Disney+ is always on. There is also an activity cube and some books to keep little ones occupied. Everywhere, including the restroom, is clean in general. There's also a screen in front of all dental seats. My kid cries at times (not due to pain but due to fear), but the cartoon did helped to distract him. The assistants and Dr. Maggie have more patience than me when it comes to calming down a 2 year old. They sing they count they went above and beyond. All staff here, especially the receptionist, are very nice. I am not sure if this clinic can handle the more complicated procedures but if you are a parent looking for pediatric dental checks in a nice clean place, I think this is a good one. read more

If you have a young child that is remotely scared of any medical offices and are seeking a compassionate dental office, do not come here. I brought my two year old toddler here for her first dental check up because of the positive online reviews and I deeply regret it. First, the waiting room was an absolute disgrace. It was dirty - books discarded on the floor, dirty paper napkins on seats, old toys with crayon marks, etc. Second, the staff was unprofessional. My daughter was scheduled to be seen at 3:20pm. She is terrified of doctors. She cried and was in a full panic for half an hour waiting inside the office because they were understaffed. The best part was the dental assistant telling me that they were going to have to hold her down and have another staff member forcibly hold her mouth open in order to conduct the exam. At that point, I picked up my daughter and walked out. Yeah, thanks but no thanks to traumatizing a two year old. BEST DENTIST I've seen in my life! I broke my front tooth while playing basketball, found this office cuz of my friend who got his crown from here, said it didn't hurt and looked way better than the old one. Since I was in so much pain and panicking so bad, the words "didn't hurt" was enough to convince me to give this place a try. When I called they got me in right away, even on a Sunday! I saw Dr Maggie Zhou, she is super kind and gentle, she took care of me and ensured me that the tooth was savable. The medicines I got stopped the pain pretty quickly and didn't make me feel sick. Long story short, my tooth was saved with a root canal and white crown, it didn't hurt at all! I actually fell asleep during the root canal lol. the crown matches my other teeth perfectly, it looks so natural no one can tell it's a fake tooth! I still wanted to keep playing basketball tho, Dr Zhou made me a sports guard, I asked if I could get it in my fav color black instead of the clear ones, and she was able to do that for me, really can't be happier! Their price is the best too, I mean you really can't find better price for this quality of work anywhere around town, I will definitely refer my friends and family here. I came in for a regular teeth cleaning session with Dr. Jacky and I had amazing service! It was my first time going to this clinic, and the staff was nothing but attentive and professional. In particular, Dr. Jacky was very kind and patient with me. I was a bit nervous before my turn, but Dr. Jacky made sure I am comfortable, telling me to notify him if I am in too much pain during the cleaning. Plus, the cleaning didn't even hurt! He also asked me if I have other teeth concerns (unrelated to the teeth cleaning) and offered helpful advise on maintaining good teeth hygiene. I also noticed the clinic followed COVID-19 safety procedures thoroughly: all the staff wore masks and the lobby was reorganized for patients to practice social distancing. This place is so cute and professional! I came here with my daughter as a recommendation from a friend and I absolutely loved it! We both had cleanings done and they were so gentle and patient with us especially since my daughter is very uneasy when it comes to any clinic setting.
