Plenty of parking in the lot, you seat yourself and are immediately brought over some ice cold water. Service was great and quick. The pho was so so yummy and filled with vegetables. The broth was so flavorful and everything was delicious. There's an array of tables including booths.

    Veggie pho with extra veggies

From the moment we walked in, we knew this place was special, it was packed, which is always a great sign. Despite being busy, the service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The flavors were incredible, rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The hot tea was such a nice touch, especially served as loose-leaf tea instead of a bag. A small detail, but it made the experience feel elevated. I ordered my go-to favorite, the chicken pho, and it did not disappoint. Comforting, flavorful, and perfectly done. My husband chose the veggie pho with extra vegetables, and they absolutely delivered,no skimping here. The bowl was generous and loaded with fresh veggies. Great food, great service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Our first meal in St. Pete's and it did not disappoint! We were a little taken back because it looked like a hole in a wall, but it was so spacious inside. When you first entered, you get hit by this delicious smell, so you know you're in for a good meal. We ordered pho with fresh pho noodles, spring rolls, and the fried chicken with fish sauce glaze. The pho broth was amazing, it was cinnamon forward, so that was a nice surprise. I never had fresh pho noodles before, but the noodles were a little softer than I like, so maybe next time I'll stick with regular pho noodles. The fried chicken was really good too! The saltiness and umami from the fish sauce made every bite bursting with flavor! The waiter was super nice and there were a lot of locals in here. I can see why this place is popular. Definitely recommend!

Pretty good pho in st pete. The unique thing about this place is they have an option for fresh noodles. These noodles are softer and they look hand cut because they are wider than the store-bought kind and they are not perfectly uniform size. I really liked the veggies included in the vegan pho. They had the usual broccoli and carrots and cabbage, but they also included jicama (i think) and had different types of softness in carrot, some were reallly soft and some were crunchy. For a meatless bowl, I left completely satisfied with leftovers.

The beef pho, chicken pho, and seafood noodles were excellent. The staff was friendly and responsive. Overall my third favorite pho restaurant in the Orlando-St Petersburg-Sarasota triangle.

I randomly found this spot with a quick google search. I was craving some spring rolls and they delivered. It was so good it didn't make it to my house. I had it on my way to my destination. I mixed some chili oil sauce you can ask for and the peanut sauce and it was amazing! I really enjoyed it! I will come back to the other things on the menu ! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Helped me with the door because I thought it was closed lol

Very solid pho! Good portions and flavor. Ordered the Vietnamese glass noodle chicken soup and chicken pho ga and it appears the only difference between the two was that the glass noodle soup had (shocker) glass noodles and no onions. Both were very tasty and prepared right on time for pickup. Ambiance is no frills - we usually just do takeout so we can melt into the couch and watch TV :p

Since moving here I have been searching for "my spots." The places where I regularly order because they make it just how I like it. I ordered the chicken wings and chicken pho and was not disappointed at all. The wings were cooked perfectly and reheated well for my lunch the next day. The chicken pho was comfort in a bowl. I cannot wait to return.

If I could rate higher I would. My husband is very picky on saying something is good or delicious - he loved it; he also got the Filet Mignon Pho. I am a huge Pho lover! I always like to try new places. However, I am 100% certain this is my new pho place. I have never eaten all of the beef in other pho bowls before. The broth, beef, and fresh pho noodles were delicious!

I had to stop in for the homemade pho noodles! It was my first time seeing it on a menu and they did not disappoint. They were chewier and softer than the premade noodles. They had chili oil on the table and when I left the container was empty. It was so good in the pho and spring rolls, and I usually am just a sriracha person.

It is 3.5 stars not 4 in my books. Just romp up to 4. The place is good in the middle of 34 street of the north and south of entire street. I have Hu Tieu Hai San - seafood clear soup noodle. It has shrimp, squid, imitation crab meat, fish cake. The soup is good. This a not bad soup noodle. Noodle is a bit less. Protein is good. My wife have the Hu Tieu Mi kho - Vietnamese dry egg noodles. Compare to this dish to other restaurants that serve this dish, this dish missing wonton in comparison. Overall service is good. Food delivery from order to table is fast. Don't need to wait for much.

We recently tried pho for the first time while on vacation and loved it, so we decided to try & find it locally. Special Pho was a great find so close to home & we will definitely be back to try other things on their menu. The spring rolls were delicious, as was the pho we each ordered, and the staff members were especially pleasant and efficient. Great atmosphere, too. We recommend!

We arrived around 10:15 p.m. on a Friday night, with the restaurant closing at 11:00 p.m. Maybe that contributed to our experience, although several other parties were seated after us, so we weren't the last customers of the evening. We ordered quickly since we already knew what we wanted. My partner ordered the special, I ordered the ramen, and we shared the fried shrimp dumplings as an appetizer. Our server was friendly and attentive, though it was clear the staff was beginning to transition into closing mode. Unfortunately, that affected the atmosphere. While we were still eating, employees were spraying tables and mopping nearby. The smell of cleaning chemicals mixed with our food, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. When my ramen arrived, it looked more like a wonton soup or pho than the ramen I was expecting. I didn't question it because I assumed it might be their interpretation of the dish. However, the broth was quite bland, and the vegetables were still somewhat undercooked. The chicken had no seasoning, it tasted like it was boiled within the broth. After a few bites and sips, I decided not to finish it. My partner seemed to enjoy his meal, though he tends to be pretty easygoing when it comes to food. I didn't try his dish since it was very spicy and that's not really my thing. The restaurant is in a great location on Central Avenue, which makes it a fun area to walk around and people-watch. However, with most dishes priced around $20, I expected a better overall experience and higher quality food. Unfortunately, this isn't a place I would return to.

I visited before a Rays game and was immediately impressed by both the service and the food. The staff was attentive without hovering, the pacing was excellent, and the entire experience felt polished and intentional. I ordered the Bibimbap with bulgogi steak, tofu, fried egg, kimchi, vegetables, gochujang, and crispy rice, along with two spring rolls. What stood out most was the balance. The dish delivered heat, sweetness, savory depth, texture, and freshness without relying on heavy sauces or excessive portions. Every ingredient maintained its own identity while contributing to the overall flavor of the dish. Too many restaurants create flavor by drowning food in sauce. Hawkers does it through seasoning, spices, and technique. There was no puddle of sauce at the bottom of the bowl, no overly sweet glaze, and no greasy heaviness. The rice absorbed flavor without becoming soggy, and the kimchi, vegetables, egg, tofu, and bulgogi worked together beautifully. The spring rolls were equally impressive. Light, crisp, delicate, and perfectly executed, with a thin wrapper and just the right amount of crunch. What impressed me most was that I left satisfied, not stuffed. The portions were thoughtful, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were layered rather than overwhelming. Since moving to Florida, this ranks as one of the best restaurant meals I have had. Highly recommended.

Can we talk about the cheese room? it's one of the largest in Florida and also my favorite place…read moreever! They have over 300 artisanal, imported and domestic cheeses, I find something new every time I go! The ambiance is what makes it special to locals, it feels like stepping into a traditional Italian market and it's hard to find elsewhere in Tampa. Definitely a staple for St. Pete! The market is almost always busy, so go right when they open or later in the afternoon on weekdays or you'll be standing shoulder to shoulder and wait 15 to 30 minutes, but honestly that time is perfect for browsing everything! My go to orders are the Mortadella Pistachio and the Fig & Pig. They are $12 each, and yes a bit pricey but the freshness and quality make it worth it.

Wow! What a fun place to check out. There's ample parking. A lot of photo ops outside, some picnic…read moretables. So much bustle. So many people. You walk in and Theres a check out area. A fresh produce, meat, fish, sausage, pickled olives, section. You walk further down and Theres the grab and go food section. Then to the left you have wine and cheese. You go further in, and Theres a fancy cheese section. Unfortunately they don't give small amounts of cheeses and cut it for you. But you can buy some really good cheeses here. Then you go back to the very narrow hallway, and Theres a ton of coffee on the left. I just got into coffee and am a coffee snob. I noticed there was a "greasy" looking bean. Which just means it's well past its freshness. The price of bean actually isnt that bad. And they offer a lot of varieties. We bought two, Guatemala and organic Mexico. I wanted to try it out before writing this review. The Guatemala one was light, faint. The Mexico was a bit deeper flavor. I would recommend to management to better advertise the coffee bean so the product moves and stays fresh, or maybe move it to a different section where people can feel comfortable getting it. It gets so crowded in the hallway. I would leave the hallway was a grab and go area. You keep walking down and you have the coffee shop to the right, and a small bread stand to the left. Of course we got coffee. Theres a small area of seating to get coffee for there. Theres a big roaster to give the appearance that they roast their own coffee but I believe it's just for decoration. Fiancé got a cappuccino. It was okay. He normally doesn't get coffee with too much milk but the waitress said there was 3 shots of espresso in there. I would say it didn't taste like 3 shots. It taste like coffee with 90% milk. And it should be told to customers that a cappuccino there is more milk with coffee. I got the con panno. Which is espresso with whipped cream. I'm not sure if the whip cream they use is fresh, or if it's super sweetened, but my coffee was sweet. It was thick which I like but I didn't like whatever sweetener they used. But I'd probably order a macchiato if I ever came back so I could taste the coffee. On the other side of the coffee shop is the sandwiches and prepared food that you order. Sandwiches are HUGE. Fiancé had the #1 with all the fixings. It was nice but if you don't like soggy sandwiches, you can ask for no veggies. Which we would do next time. I had the 7, no sun-dried tomatoes and no veggies. It was so good. The mozzerella was very fresh! If you walk past that you have the dried cured meat, and down a hallway to the right you'll find dried pasta and fresh pasta. The fresh pasta looked so good. I wished we lived in the area so I could try. You head back the other way and pass the outdoor seating and Theres also a place for you to check out you grocery/sandwiches. Right next to that section you have the pantry area of canned fish, pickled things, olive oil. Then Theres the bread and pastry area. We only had time to see these and no time to see what other stores they had or walk around. But I'd definitely come back to check those out.
