I used to love this place. I used to frequent this restaurant in person, and I noticed that in my last two visits, the place was dingy and they had a curtain covering up the cooking area which to be quite honest is a little concerning because that was not the case before. I don't necessarily put too much thought into that, but it was the first thing that grabbed my attention. I took the food to go, and when I got home and opened my order (which was their combination pho), there was a saran wrap, bag of raw meat sitting on top of the noodles, and it was dripping into the food. The bean sprouts and the basil were old with many brown spots. Unfortunately, I don't trust the food and I won't be ordering from here again until I see or hear better reviews. read more

My dad recommended ordering pick-up from this location and said he has had it a few times before, and they did not disappoint. We ended up ordering somewhere in the ballpark of $90 worth of Chinese food. I ended up with the shrimp lo mein, crab Rangoon, and Szechuan shrimp. The shrimp at this location was huge! I've found my new Chinese takeout spot! I love the food & staff that make this place what it is. While it helps that it's a 5 minute drive away, I have to say that their garlic eggplant is some of the BEST I've ever tried! I usually add chicken to mine, but it's only $11 to order the original dish. The inside is pretty copy & paste of other takeout restaurants. I literally smelled this place from across the parking lot and just had to stop by for dinner and they did not disappoint! We ordered the honey chicken and it was a 10/10! Crispy, sweet and savory The krab ragoons and dumplings were also so yummy! My only critic is that the fried rice tasted a bit plasticy, maybe It was a lil burnt? We came here because there aren't many Viet restaurants in the area. It was lunch hour and the place was completely empty. We ordered the pho dac biet and it came out luke warm. I have eaten pho in many places and it's not a good sign when pho served Luke warm because of the rare beef used in the dish. The flavor was not great. I can definitely taste the MSG in the broth. When we asked for the check, it came with a 15% tip already added to the bill. I definitely am all for tipping when the service is good, and in this case I would have given a tip; however, when it automatically added to the bill, it's not cool in my opinion. FAST friendly service, you can tell it's a family business. Too bad about the Chinese food, it was so so bland. Fried rice and sauce of the chicken barely had any flavor in comparison to many other Chinese takeouts we have tried throughout the years. So disappointed, we really wanted to love this place! Asian House was absolutely divine! I stopped in for a Friday lunch. I was greeted by a very friendly staff who advised of the most popular dishes. I ordered the lunch portion of the Orange Chicken that was served with an egg roll? Fried rice, & broccoli! 10/10 would recommend this dish. The orange sauce was perfect and the egg roll was one of best I've had! The restaurant had an extensive menu with many items I hope to try on my next visit. Absolutely the best Pho in the area including the many to be found in Pinellas Park. As a Pho -fanatic, I have tried every single one of them. Fresh ingredients, always. A deep, savory satisfying broth and noodles always perfect. Thai Basil is crisp and snappy bean sprouts add to the perfection. I have been going here for years. When it was closed during the pandemic I was really really missing it. The Won Ton soup is also perfect... deeply flavorful with ample pork shred, scallions and homemade, overstuffed wontons. I really try to only say nice things. You know the old adage, "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." But this place... UGH! Normally, I order from New China. It is closed on Mondays. I decided to give Asian House a try. The wonton soup was OK, but you get one less wonton than New China. The egg rolls were fine. The steamed wontons were not good. They tasted bad, as if they were rancid, and you receive six, as opposed to eight, from New China. I threw them away after a few bites. The pork lo mein was bland. After the dumplings, I threw it away, too. What a waste to f $30+!!! I hope I don't get food poisoning. I will not be back. This place is overpriced for bleh food. read more

The food is always amazing and I am nit exaggerating when I say they have the best pho in town.

I stopped in for a late lunch at 1:30. I ordered Pork with Mushrooms (it has broccoli too) combination. It was delicious and spicy like I requested. The egg roll was nice and crispy. The fried rice is plain as it states on the menu so don't expect veggies in it. Most importantly it wasn't hard or tasteless and complemented the pork with mushrooms sauce nicely. The pork was very tender and comes as lean thin slices as if cut from a pork tenderloin. The mushrooms and broccoli had a nice snap to them too so I'm guessing they weren't previously frozen or overcooked mushy veggies. I'm giving it 4 stars because delicious one time doesn't mean every time. However, I'm looking forward to another meal there with the same deliciousness so I can give a 5 star rating. read more
