It's like they never drove it or they did drive it and they thought it was OK, which speaks to their general competency. It was pulling teeth to get them to complete the crash damage repair. Also, the alarm quit working after they worked on the car. Again, it was a huge deal to get them to look at it. It worked before, they "repaired the car "and then it didn't work and they want nothing to do with it. So we took it to Honda and paid for the service assessment and Honda pulled open the door panel and found that the door that they replaced, didn't have the wiring plugged in so one of the sensors wasn't reading correctly. So the alarm works now and we're not dealing with them anymore.
