After not hearing back from him in a month, I called back to be told he hadn't started working on them. He asked to be given a few more days but they still were not started. After calling again a week or so later, I came in to pick up my sandals, ticket in hand, only to be told he had given my sandals to someone else. After 3 or 4 days the other person returned my sandals and when I came in to pick them up, I learned that only one of the 2 sets of straps were altered. I took them home only to find out sometime later that the back heel straps were cut and altered ( the wrong strap) and now, after not that much wear, I need to take them to another shoe repair because the stitching done by Darrll is all unraveling.
