I had to send a couple of documents online. Hannah was very quick each time giving me a call back and she explained everything to me. My first and second session were great Hannah helped and although me my pup was fussy she she got it. I think the place is huge. There's a lot for every pup. Boarding, training theres quite some activities. The only thing that could be a concern for me in the long run is $75 for 30 minutes, which is a lot for my budget. Otherwise I think that's a great place with kind people who love animals.

We have used the Day Care multiple times to keep our girl well socialized, and again, no real problems, she always seems happy to be there. We had her groomed once. Pomskies never get cut, it's an extensive deep brushing to thin out her double coat and a "sanitary shave", a small circle shaved around the bottom to help keep them clean.Her nails were cut. Well over $100, way to expensive, so we went elsewhere for that. The only issues we've had are customer service. As is the case in so many businesses today, they are being manned by kids, late teens probably. One time my dog was not where she was supposed to be & the inexperienced kid used the words, "we can't find her." This led to her getting berated by me, what do you mean you don't KNOW WHERE MY DOG IS??? A manager called back shortly to tell me they located her & implied I over reacted. Better training of the kid on the phone would have taught her to never say such a thing to a pet parent, put me on hold & find her!! We also asked if we could take a quick peek again at the dog accommodations to be sure we could keep her away from other dogs during this new dog illness problem. They insisted we come back with an appointment. We were running late for the appointment , called & they tried to cancel it. I had to repeat over & over that we don't need a tour, we are previous customers, just a less then 5 minute peek. They finally relented and when we arrived they led us to the back where the gal started her tour speech. Again, no tour required, please just let us look at the accommodations for a minute. She took us over, we looked & approved & less then 5 minutes required. I guess they are over trained on the tour concept & just couldn't hear what we really wanted. Of course denying a previous customer that quick access is not good customer service. 4 stars for beauty, cleanliness, and quality of the business. Lost the 5th due to customer service. I will continue to board her there unless we have any negative experience with my dog, herself.

The facility is nice and the dog trainer was great, but the lady who was the manager was rude and the vetco vaccination clinic was 30 minutes past my appointment before I was seen. I had my two young boys with me and got chastised by the manager that they were restless/loud around the store. I explained to her that I wouldnt have brought them if I had known that an appointment didn't mean much. I was told to show up for the appointment 10 minutes early, which I did, but then that meant the whole process took one hour for one single rabies shot. The previous time I went, I got my dog an exam and other vaccinations, but I was told they couldn't do the rabies vaccine because my dog still had two months before the current one expired. This time, they told me I couldn't get the three year rabies vaccine because it was two months OVER the expiration date. I've never heard of these rules before and didn't have the same problem at other vaccine clinics I've been to. I wont be going back to this facility. Rude and inefficient.

I have noticed that corporate seems to be running this store on a skeleton crew which has led to some really long lines and difficulty finding an associate within ten minutes at time. If multiple customers need help on the sales floor the associate can get overcrowded and it makes for a worse experience for customers and staff. If staff could have more help they could give customers better experience. I didn't get any of this information from an employee this is just something I've observed on a few visits and have noticed.
