If you like your car, don' even consider exposing it to this company. I have had 3 terrible experiences with their incompetency and it has cost us over $9,000 for repairs that became necessary because of their mistakes. The last one was on a classic motor we paid to be rebuilt and they put the wrong size pushrod in with the correct ones and blew up the engine. We found the wrong part and metal shavings in the oil pan when we tore down the engine after driving it just 3 miles. They act like they know what they are doing, and maybe an oil change could be ok but for anything else just keep driving. Your car is at risk for major damage if you don't. read more

This man is honest as honest can be. After making several calls and trying to figure out what to do with my car, I called here because of the reviews. I do not even think he knows of this reviews. It was 5 mins to 5:00 pm and he answered. He took time to get a tow truck to me since my car had stopped. The next day he called to let me know what was wrong with my car. He was so attentive and detailed. This was the original problem I was told before. He went above and beyond to apologize on a second call because on the first call he did not see my car had another problem. He wanted to keep the broken part for me to see it. I knew he was right because the noise my car was doing was related to the part. He fixed the car. What else can I say, about this place? My friend recommended I take my lexus here, since my repair man is always swamped and takes a few days to get work done on the car. I brought my car in at 8am and they got me a shuttle to take me home & back, as it was going to take all day to work on my car. I got the 90k service, 2 new tires installed, and brakes & rotors replaced. Mike told me exactly what needed to be changed and did not push me to do anything & he even charged less than wheel works wanted to charge me for the brakes. Mike is the bomb. My folks have been bringing their cars here for years and my mom and I both have stories that show why Mike rocks. I had a light out in my car and he changed it no problem and on him, telling me the only thing my car next in the next 50,000 is spark plugs, oil, and tires. For my mom, when he realized he couldn't rotate her tires for her, (to new and specialized of a Mercedes), he told her and didn't charge her. I am sooo glad that I was introduced to this place by a coworker. I had gotten a $4,000, or was it $6,000, quote for a repair on my car :( I was so upset and even began looking into buying a new car.
