    No sense of urgency. It took about 50 minutes to just turn in device. I recommend going to another store or turning it in some other way.

    The worst tv/cable service on the market. I complain weekly and it only gets worse. They finally hung up on me tonight. SHAME

    I will be switching service as soon as Dish gets there service back online. For the last 4 days I…read morehaven't been able to get to my account or speak to anyone because of a system problem. I just found out that some how one of my Dish packages were changed and not by me and my monthly bill went up $53.00. This has been very frustrating as I can't afford the increase and can't talk to anyone. I was put on hold with a wait time of 218 minutes. That is unreal.

Why…read moreshould a service tech have to use the same system customer service to get help, advice, or other service?? I've watched service tech's wait for up to an hour waiting for a "systems check" or other advice when trying to troubleshoot a service call. What could take 45 minutes, literally takes 5 hours. The service technicians need a direct phone line to technical support. If they did, field service calls would improve 90%. To watch a service tech wait for an hour, or more, is a horrific way to emphasize how BAD your company is. And stop making your service technician be "sales". Stop having them push DISH upgrades or services like drug dealers peddling drugs. Jeesh. Those service tech's cannot "push" a product while on hold for hours trying to fix another DISH product. The way DISH treats its own employees in the field, who are usually dealing with their customers face-to-face, is exactly the way they treat their customers; a nightmare.

    I just had to visit the T-Mobile on Ming to get my issue sorted out…read more Came in yesterday to see if I could get my phone replaced because I dropped it and the screen is now malfunctioning. Girl with pokemon nails barely looked at my phone, just gave me her tablet and made me fill out the online Assurant insurance form. I did so and towards the end it showed a balance of ~$100 if i got approved. Got the email today of the approval but it says phone upgrade, I did not want an upgrade I just wanted an equal replacement. The link on the email i got didnt even work, so i headed over to the California branch and doors were locked past 11am, sat in my car for a bit to see if they would open it but they didn't so I went to the location on Ming. I was unable to reverse the Upgraded insurance claim, and I had to pay the ~$100 difference. The girl at the California location did not inform me about anything, did not look at my phone at all, just gave me a form I could've done at home with the WRONG information. Incredibly frustrated. Wasted my time and the other t-mobile representative who used his personal phone to let me call Assurant to figure out what the hell I signed up for and what kind of "upgrade" I got, which seems to be just the exact same phone I'm trying to replace. It's obvious this locations workers don't care at all.
