Bad service and poor treatment makes you feel unimportant, disregarded and powerless in the face of an uncaring, emotionless corporate empire. US cellular is like a poster boy for this treatment, they will do you dirty at every turn and will provide a truly spotty and irregular service map while doing so. US cellular will no doubt be bought out or go out of business eventually, but in the meantime, just stay away, seriously. I spoke to "Lisa" from customer service today and she was argumentative, unhelpful, and dismissive. She made me feel like I was the issue when in reality it was entirely US cellular's problem. Overall, I switched networks and I'm very happy I did so. I'll NEVER switch back to US cellular. Even on the way out they make things inconvenient and painful, refusing to take payment any way but via paper check - but they don't say where to send it. Hilarious .

Then Ryan looked closer into it and said oh I guess 5 GB. That's a pretty significant difference. There were two other questions that came up like this with not being able to get a straight answer, while I was clearly annoying Ryan by even asking for any detail.
