Me working from Verizon before I actually I'm brainstorming ways how to help them instead of them helping me so I basically offered to cancel my order online and now they're telling me that because I have to place it in the store. I have to pay for a set up fee. Is that more of a scam or what? Avoid this place as much as possible. FYI: I asked them if they can waive it because you're not sending up anything. I'm literally picking it up and their system is not allowing so I think the manager just do it but they're possibly doing everything under this sun but help the customer so I'd think twice.

Frustrating. 1.5 stars Merchandise: This location has a very small selection and since they're not an official Verizon store some of their items are off-brand chargers and phone cases. 2 stars. Bathrooms: I didn't see any restrooms for customers. Overall: This is not an official Verizon store, but only an authorized vendor of Verizon. First off, the whole concept of trying to get someone's attention for checking in was a major bitch. We walked in, there were about 8 people sitting around while 2/3 employees were there. We looked around trying to figure out where if we needed to put our name down somewhere for service. No where in sight for that. There was no one greeting you to get your information and asked what the visit was for. We ended up walking around a bit waiting for someone to talk to. We almost walked out until someone actually spoke to us and took our information to be put on the list. Bryan, who actually took our name and helped us was quite nice. Of course he was helping others so obviously busy. It was a good half hour or so till we were actually helped with. Throughout the store, there were only 3 employees working that afternoon. There was some question we had regarding internet service which he helped answered. He answered and explained what questioned we had about the service. Service was nice once we got helped. Furthermore, the whole layout seemed somewhat like an Apple Store. Service was slow as there were only 3 employees working. And the way of checking in, that needs an improvement. There should be someone checking you in or taking your name instead of waiting for one of the staff to put it down. Or have a systems with adding yourself to a waitlist. They were all busy so even when new people walked in, they as well didn't know as how to check in. After being seen, it was good. Bryan was sweet and answered every question we had.

Probably would not have bought the phone if I knew because I travel a lot and buy a sim to switch out in Europe and Japan Toonorah took great care of me and helped straighten out the account which was quite a feat while a very an ious woman hovered, watched our passwords and was a real pain in the butt annoying both us and Toonorah- who had the patience of a saint. If I'd seen the absolutely rude woman sooner I would have done something about it and had her kicked out of the store.

Called around plenty of repair shops nearing Ventura BLVD for a MacBook keyboard repair. The…read morebacklight on my keyboard died out and it's seen better days. Called ACS, explained to them my situation and they told me to come in right away to inspect the keyboard, I came about 20 minutes later and they told me that the keyboard has to be replaced and they could do the replacement today. I was quoted a very fair price compared to all the other businesses that I had called earlier, and after one hour I was called to come pick up my laptop with it's new keyboard and backlight. I have to say that it's very rare for repair shops to do the same-day repairs but I think there's something special about this place. I appreciate the service and the cooperation from ACS and I will recommend this place to anybody who needs a replacement or repair done on a computer. I was asked to explain my situation to three different employees, repeating myself each time. Two of the employees were covering their name badges with their jackets and refused to provide their names when I asked. The final employee told me his name was "Moe," but his name tag said "Andrew." Instead of helping me or properly explaining what the store could or could not do, I was told to go to another location. No solution, no escalation, just dismissal. As a paying customer who followed AT&T's instructions, this felt unprofessional and disrespectful. If this location cannot handle account security resets for home internet, that should be clearly communicated -- not handled this way. Very disappointing experience.
