My experience with this store trying to remove the charge has been met with nothing but an incompetent floor manager with no solutions or even bothers to help and my original service lady who just laughs at you in front of your face when trying to bring up any sort of issue or gets troubled by it. The people here only care about signs ups and charges so they can pocket the commission rather than assist you. I signed up for a phone plan originally and later put another phone on the line. The man was not honest about Spectrum charging you double since you start "service" in between the previous billing "cycle" even if it's by one day (to avoid two phone bills, ask to start service on your billing date and not start service now). Not to mention this man put me on the highest plan when I first signed up without any sort of acknowledgement. Had I not intervened I would have had two maximum charged phone bills. I then come into the store to dispute the charge and Monica Garcia (desk service) gets offended when I ask to dispute the charge. She claims she won't help me at all because I had left my ID (I still pay the bill and signed into spectrum mobile on the phone infront of her). I ask for the store manager because she made it clear she did not want to help me. The manger comes, Edgar Godina. He is more open to talking with me and assists me with my account. I explain how the first man who signed me up was predatory with his practices and failed to mentioned the double billing cycle and was dishonest about the plan I was on in order make his commission. Godina told me there was nothing he can do for me after everything spectrum did. He provided no help and never once gave a solution about how he could even try to help me. In the meanwhile the original lady Garcia is behind him laughing out loud because he is telling me no. No idea where they find these people to work for them but I believe they need to restructure their employees to learn how to assist and give their manger a better understanding of customer service. No idea how he became a store manager when he alone could not come up with any solutions and allows his store employees to laugh and mess around during work hours. Will be going back to Verizon and their phone plans across the floor from them. Verizon when I was with them put me on a business plan with them to lower my bill while Spectrum charged me two billing cycles, put me on a higher phone plan for both phones without asking, gave me no solutions in my problems, and laughed in my face in person when I came to them.

    I had a phone that I needed to get activated and have data transferred over from an old phone. I…read morewas under the impression that I needed my account code to do this. I went between the times of 4-5pm to get help with this and get my phone activated. The workers did not want to help and were rude.. Usually you go into a phone store and the workers will talk to customer care for you and help you get the information you need because I truly did not know what I was asking for I just knew I needed help. They told me that I would have to go to a corporate store that is several miles away to get my phone activated. I left angry because I knew they could help me but wouldn't because I was not adding another line. I was literally told by the insurance company that AT and T owns to go into any AT and T for them to help me and they would. I ended up going to a DIFFERENT store that was not a corporate store and they helped me get my new phone on and the information transferred from the old phone. I didn't need the code after all. I do not recommend this store. They will not help you unless you're going to purchase something. It's sad that customer service is not the same across the board for a company that you spend your hard earned money on each year. I was so upset that the phone case and screen that I needed I decided to purchase off of Amazon instead. I will not be purchasing a phone from this store either.

My review is based on meeting the owners and workers at the store. I have been searching for a good case for my Galaxy S8 but I have had trouble finding something really cool. I spent some time talking with the people in the store and they were super friendly and didn't have that sales type of attitude. They were there to help. I found that refreshing. This branch is located in a super nice mall and not crowded at all. I recommend checking it out.

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Montclair Mall. The sales…read morerepresentative convinced me to add an iPad to my account, telling me it would only cost $7 per month. When I received my bill, I discovered I was actually being charged $10 per month. I went back to the store, and instead of helping me, she insisted they never had a $7 plan, making me feel like I was lying or didn't understand what I had been told. That was embarrassing and very unprofessional. Before I purchased the iPad, I specifically asked if I could return it if I wasn't happy. She told me I had 30 days to return it, but she never mentioned there would be a $50 restocking fee. When I returned the iPad within the 30-day period, I was shocked to learn about the fee. Thankfully, Verizon's online customer service was able to help resolve my issue, and I appreciate their professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this store. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this location. They seemed more focused on making a sale than being honest and taking care of their customers.
