If I could give a zero star I would. Worst company ever!! Waiting on hold for hrs at a time. Bill SUPER high every month. Telling me I owe $600 + for my cable bill. When I never miss a month. Every 1st of every month my bills are paid. Telling me I've missed 6 months of payments. By Trying to explain I can proof I've never missed, the lady at the other end became rude and hung up on me. Now, I do online banking and I know monies were paid. Every time I've had to call customer service reps are not well trained and top it all off rude; every time. Frontier SUCKS. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! One time I called to verify my billing amount and was told that it's my account and my responsibility to know how much my bill is!! Another time I had a billing issue and was told I would receive a credit on my account. 3 calls later and hours of being on the phone and being put on hold. I have yet to see the credit months later. I just gave up. I always regret calling because my issues are never resolved and the representatives act like they have no training or product knowledge. read more

Had them for 6 years. Internet started to go in and out randomly on a daily basis. I have gone through 3 modems and countless phone calls the get my internet service back on consistently. FINALLY, they give me a tech service date for a repairmen and it's a 7 day wait. Huh, if I called to open a new account they would be here within 2 days. I mention my ongoing issues, the fact I require service for our home office, and asked for a service date sooner than 7 days. The customer service rep said he would try and email me the next day with an updated service call date. The email never came. I cancelled service and called Spectrum. 2.5 days later, I had faster service at $5 less than I had been paying. read more

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Everything about the service is awful. Customer service ppl are always rude , condescending, obnoxious little idiots who somehow think it's ok to act that way. I seriously think the execs at Verizon train their CS employees to be rude and disrespectful towards their customers. News flash - it's because of the customers that these idiots get their mediocre, bottom of the barrel, barely can buy lunch pay checks. Dumb idiots. I'm so fed up the service. Not to mention the fact that I have to pay to cancel a service that never works, is slow, not user friendly at all and just a poor excuse for cable. They are so behind on technology that the rep helping me out got in an argument with me when I asked if they carried wireless boxes. He was adamant on telling me that there was no such thing. Two hours on the phone with an Internet problem they couldn't fix. Finally realized they would need to send someone out - soonest available service date is SEVEN DAYS in the future with a window between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Really? F***ing REALLY???!!!!! The next day, (right now) we receive a voice message that they "think" the problem is resolved AND a number to call to confirm whether there's a change. NOPE - NO CHANGE, DICKBAGS! (I don't know what these lame-asses think they have fixed without even coming out.) Now, here I am on the phone again, calling to ensure they actually will still come out next week. On hold currently for 15 minutes without any response but cheesy music. Very nice Verizon, you sneaky bastards. Had I known you were going to dump us off with these pukes, I would have dumped your asses first for any and all services. Going back to AT&T for my wireless service when my contract is finished AND hoping I can find a home internet service that actually HAS SERVICE! UPDATE - 24 minutes on hold and a rep on the phone wanting to run the same tests as yesterday - unplugging router, etc. WHAT'S THE F***ING PROBLEM WITH SENDING SOMEBODY OUT? YOU HAVE A WEEK! Do they think I'm lying about no service? To be fair, the service reps we have spoken to on the phone both times have been courteous and genuinely appear to want to help - and sound about as frustrated as we are. It's not easy being the "middleman" (one was a lady) - so one star for them! If you expect a level of service beyond this, however, do not expect much if you need help, folks! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I recently changed addresses and simply wanted to transfer services. Every step in the process has been a nightmare. First it was impossible to have this service done on their website. And the customer service has been atrocious throughout the entire process. VZW Fios hugely fails at customer service, wish I could rate zero stars. Had to relocate to a city that VZW Fios does not service. VZW refused to waive early termination fee despite the fact it does not service the area I live in. I honestly believe this is the worst service out of all the providers. Customer service sucks!!!! They can care less about your needs. I just finishing paying over $500 dollars and can't seem to rent a 5 dollar movie...REALLY!!! I called and they first said I was able to and I had to restart the box which I did and that didn't work. My husband & I have wasted hours & hours of our time sitting on the phone to be transfered, disconnected & left to wait on hold for way too long!! We were promised a Visa gift rewards cards& never received anything. I mean seriously wtf? I liked the service with Verizon FiOS but Frontier you guys need to step it up or you're going to be out of business soon. I have NEVER wasted more time on the phone with people who never resolved my issue. I called back in March before they switched to Frontier to initiate service at my house since our service was previously under my roommate's name but she was moving out.. They gave me a quote for the entire service installation along with what my monthly bill would look like and had me call back in April to set up a date where a technician would come out. Well I did.. And apparently someone dropped the ball because the tech never came. When I called them to inform them, they said they had no recollection of an account under my name AT ALL. An hour and a half later and 3 customer service reps, NOTHING RESOLVED. Called back the next day to speak with a supervisor and I was told my account in fact DID exist and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes until the call was discontinued and I was booted back to the main menu... Called AGAIN for a third time to speak with a supervisor and was transferred ALL over to find that I wasted another HOUR of my time and still hadn't spoken with a supervisor. I decided to call it quits and will not be giving them my service. I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!! They deserve LESS than one star! read more

Do not choose Verizon FIOS. They were more expensive than Uverse with less channels. When I moved they refused to waive the early termination fee even though they were the ones that could not provide me with service. Finding tv/phone/internet service is never fun. It is so expensive and they nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. However when I called Verizon from a mailer to sign up again (had it a couple of years ago). It sounded great, until I found out about additional charges after the installer did his job. Then when I got the second bill and even more charges were on there that no one told me about. They charge a $49.99 fee for a 'internet activation fee" WYH! They said they had guaranteed rates for 24 months, but then later I found out that after 18 months they charge you for the boxes, so that tells me that I won't be paying the same price for 24 months. It is very misleading and if I did not have a child living in my house I would not even have this service or Media com or any other lame, lying unprofessional service. The quality of the picture is nice but in this economy when the budget is tight we do not want to go broke just to watch the news or use the internet. read more
