    I HATE Spectrum!! Always gave I. All my homes! Worse service, techs and knowledge!! I have had at least 6 techs that have no clue!

I dread going in stores where I have to deal with plans for phone or cable, we had all of them we needed to change for her household and my cell phone on top of it. Thank you so much. The only issue we had was the tables, high bar chairs and tables are not good for either me or elderly mom. It was painful and we were there a long time. There was only one short regular table that was taken when we arrived and later some elderly gentlemen needed it. It is so uncomfortable. I was worried about my mom getting up in the chair, I blocked her with my body so she didn't fall. Please get more regular tables. Thanks

On Sept 19, 2025 I completed & drop off a simple device trade-in for a promotion with Jennifer T . Because the staff failed to process the return correctly, I am now being charged the full price of the phone.. I have already spent 4 hours on the phone with Customer Service , yet the billing error remains uncorrected I returned today Jan 9 , 2026 around 6:15 PM to fix this. The Assistant Manager, Enrique as he says his names ; but I believe his name is Aris , was sitting in the back and showed zero concern for the situation. Despite this being a store-level error, he didn't even bother to open a Hyla Inquiry or a Clarity Ticket to track the missing device. He simply handed me a proof of delivery, told me "this is all I can do," and sent me on my way. I had to go the route of escalating to AT&T legal department Notice of Dispute & The AT&T Office of the President, it had to go this way ? Really? It is unacceptable that I am stuck fixing a mess created by this store while management refuses to use the basic tools at their disposal to help. Avoid this location if you expect any accountability. Just a MESS !

What amazed me was there were employees in the store at the time. Instead of one of them attempting to help us, both came to help. One spoke mandarin/cantonese to my gramps and the other spoke english to me. Instead of trying to sell us some bogus plans we didn't need. They asked us questions such as, "how many minutes do you use a month?" "what are the main features you're looking for?" I felt that they really wanted to cater to my grandpa's specific needs. All he wanted his phone to do was to for it to be able to read/type Chinese. After signing the contract the lady spent an extra 20 minutes (TWENTY MINUTES) with my grandpa. Helping him and teaching him about the software. My grandpa is old, as all grandparents are, so he is kind of slow and he does ask a lot of questions. Some how the lady helping him began to laugh. She made my grandpa laugh as well and that is why I rated this place 5 stars!

Anyways, I've started getting my upgrade phones from Premiere Mobile probably a few years ago when they opened up this location. At first, I dealt mostly with Roger, the head honcho there. Awesome guy and really great to work with. I've gotten my past 3 upgrade Blackberries and my wife's Samsung Galaxy 4G from this place. Since it opened, understandably Roger has gotten busier with more back office work. Being a business man myself, I don't blame him one bit. Recently, Roger has needed to hand me off to some of his employees there and level of quality of service hasn't dropped off one bit. Since I've been going there for some time now and I have since moved to the valley, I do most of my dealings with them over the phone now. It's nice that they are able to take care of my mobile needs and I'm confident enough in them that I have them keep my info on file. Any changes to my account, I'm able to contact them and they take care of it and get me squared away quickly so I can get about my day. Roger and his crew at this location of Premiere Mobile has earned my repeat business and I wish them nothing but the best for the future as well.

    My 70+ mother went to this Tmobile location to port her number from AT&T to Tmobile and had a…read moreterrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. As I was unable to go with her because I am in the middle of a move, I sent her there with her Tmobile SIM card because I was under the impression it would be a seamless transfer since Ive already set the accounts up. It was not. The reps there (specifically Stela and Chen) were rude, terribly unhelpful and honestly in my mom's words "a b****" Mind you, she has only ever used that word probably 3x in her life. They stressed my elderly mom out. I was placed on the phone with Stella and not only was she rude, she basically accused me of being a bad daughter for not being there with my mom and since she's been there, she's had to use her inhaler twice??? I think ya'll stressing her out, not me. I ended up having to call Tmobile customer service and they wondered why the people in store were not handling it. So i am in the middle of a life transition while on the phone with the rep and texting my mom while she's stuck in the store. All they care about is opening new lines (commission) and not actually the customer service part of their job. Mind you, this is my first impression of the in store reps. Don't bother coming to this location. The Pasadena location was much more helpful and kind. If I could report this entire thing to their corporate office I would.

    I dropped my computer in January of 2026 and completely cracked my screen. I brought it for for a…read morerepair, and they were able to fix my screen within 24 hours for $350. I was very happy with the service until my screen cracked from a very light touch in May of 2026. I was puzzled that a simple touch to the screen would crack it so easily. After the initial repair, I have always been very mindful of how I interact with my computer, as I work from home and need my computer on a day to day basis. I brought it back to Gadgetneeds to explore solutions. While I was telling the reps what happened one of them asked me "do I believe I the words I say? You must have done other damage to it." I told them that it is really bad business to insist that a customer is lying, and that I refused to pay $350 again to only be faced with the same issue in 4 months. I recommend avoiding this business. It is unfortunate that Gadgetneeds is not only able to stand by their work, but also questioned my integrity while trying to make this repair happen. I will find a business that is able to listen to their customers for this next repair.

We paid around $220, he gave us free screen shields and lens cover, price was very reasonable for the quality of work. Hary looks quite young, high school or college age but he was extremely professional, respectful, and clearly raised very well. His workmanship and demeanor were truly impressive. God blessings
