    Back in late April, when I was about to go to bed, a sudden shutdown happened in front of me. The…read morenext day, it turned out that my battery life went out of control last night. Indeed, I tried to make the blinking stop by unplugging the charger and then plugging it back in. After that, it was still blinking and never stopped. I asked my uncle to help me fix the problem by unscrewing the bottom layer of the laptop and see if the battery was OK or not. Enough with my experiences at home. As requested, my uncle decided to hire my stepmother to help me fix my MacBook before it's too late. At the beginning of May, the day had come to send my device to the iFixForU shop where only 2 boys were working. My stepmother asked one of the workers to see if they wouldn't mind fixing my device. But instead, they accused me of ruining my device by adding one last sentence "nobody's gonna help you", which sounded like my life is already over. I'm sorry, but that treatment they gave me was unfair and unacceptable, and I have never trusted that smile the worker had; it's humiliating. Having had enough, I can tell that their service didn't do me a favor, so I had no choice but to send my MacBook to Di-No Computers in the following month. Since I vowed never to visit that shop again, the technicians working for iFixForU get 2 choices: Improve their treatment or get fired. Coincidentally I was at the mall and saw the upstairs kiosks. I was told it needed to be replaced and it would take 30 minutes. So I left it and returned only to be told that it needed to be taken downstairs to this store and it would take another 45 minutes. Once returned, I was told by the manager that my front glass was also damaged and that they replaced it free of charge. THERE WASN'T ANY DAMAGE TO MY SCREEN. A few days later, my speaker went out again as well as my screen became noticeably dimmer than before. I took it back and they explained to me the connections were loose and that they tightened the connection and sent me on my way. As far as the screen brightness they told me that that was normal. Fast forward a few weeks, my screen without any accident went green and blue. * IMPORTANT*. I then took it to my regular service store and upon inspection, his findings were unbelievable. He found that the screen was switched out with a low grade aftermarket glass, internal parts were missing, and multiple screws were missing. The cost for the original apple glass was $300.00. The switched glass was a cheaper glass that is a 1/3 of that. I was completely scammed. So from a simple speaker issue that I was charged $55.00, this ordeal cost me $350.00. I have called the current manager and now I'm being told that this store doesn't exist any more and that he doesn't know this guy. Ridiculous, these photos are directly from their own yelp site.

The only issue we had was the tables, high bar chairs and tables are not good for either me or elderly mom. It was painful and we were there a long time. There was only one short regular table that was taken when we arrived and later some elderly gentlemen needed it. It is so uncomfortable. On Sept 19, 2025 I completed & drop off a simple device trade-in for a promotion with Jennifer T . Because the staff failed to process the return correctly, I am now being charged the full price of the phone.. I have already spent 4 hours on the phone with Customer Service , yet the billing error remains uncorrected I returned today Jan 9 , 2026 around 6:15 PM to fix this. The Assistant Manager, Enrique as he says his names ; but I believe his name is Aris , was sitting in the back and showed zero concern for the situation. Despite this being a store-level error, he didn't even bother to open a Hyla Inquiry or a Clarity Ticket to track the missing device. He simply handed me a proof of delivery, told me "this is all I can do," and sent me on my way. I had to go the route of escalating to AT&T legal department Notice of Dispute & The AT&T Office of the President, it had to go this way ? Really? It is unacceptable that I am stuck fixing a mess created by this store while management refuses to use the basic tools at their disposal to help. Avoid this location if you expect any accountability. Just a MESS !
