    Great service, short wait, and the phone I wanted was in stock. Arriving without an appointment, logged into the iPad and was texted when a specialist was ready. Walter asked what phone and how soon I needed it. I had called in and needed it sooner than the time quoted. Walter offered to check inventory and gave me two color choices. The process went smoothly of transferring my stuff to the new phone. It was a Thursday before 5 pm. The flow in the store seemed smooth and the staff worked well together.

    Goodbye Spectrum. We came to return equipment and close two accounts as we are moving. Went to the large service center and despite all the people working there, not one can help us. Why do they still have a job? Instead we are sent to a UPS store. Really? What are you doing in your service center? Certainly not providing customer service. Hello streaming.

    Well this sure was an interesting experience and full of drama! I hate dealing with cable companies after trauma of dealing with the rudest jerks from our previous provider AT&T. We were reluctant to turn on internet at our temporary apartment, but ended up needing to since we had a month until we could get into our new house. We came here on a Saturday afternoon around 2-3pm. You check in up front and then sit down and wait. We were fifteenth in line, but it did move faster than expected. Seating is very limited. While we waited we watched an altercation between an employee and a customer with unruly children that ended with the cops being called. So I would have given three stars, BUT my husband spent about 60 minutes on the phone with Spectrum after we got home because the service was not properly activated.

    Worst service ever. Plz never use it in Raleigh, NC. U will get no service most of month and very rude customer service

    Typical weekend here: 12 customers waiting to turn in equipment, one person working. Miserable. Gotta love the power of near-monopolies.

    Very slow service, and the employees are no help what so ever...rude and need training. Horrible and to have the nerve to be so expensive.

    I walked in around 2pm on a Sunday with my family. All the associates were busy. Since we didn't…read moresee anyone or a tablet to check in, we stood right in front of the doors and waited but no one even acknowledged us for quite a few minutes. So I had to stop the store manager and ask to check/ sign us in and he had the audacity say, "oh, I thought you were signed in already." knowing darn well that we weren't. While the store manager was checking us in, he informed us that we can just call a number that he had provided. I said that we were thinking about upgrading devices on a few lines and asked to sign us in anyways. We had been on the phone for quite a while when one of the associates approached us and said that it was our turn. She simply informed my sister that whenever we were ready, just come get her. Shortly after, we were done with the phone call. No one approached us to assist yet again. The same store manager from earlier was just walking around to fix the displayed devices avoiding eye contact. Eventually, we stopped him and he signed us in again. Despite the fact that we were told to just come get one of the associates since we were already checked in. We were at the store for an hour and a half. So there were obviously customers leaving, freeing the associates. But for some magical reason, each time a customer left, the associate disappeared to the back and never came back out. Finally, we were so sIck of being ignored and waiting that we left. Honestly, I'd never go back to this location. Why would I want them to waste my precious time?

They genuinely look miserable and look like they hate their jobs. I talked to one employee and then left 3 minutes later to go to another location bc of how terrible the interaction went. If you can help it don't go to this location.

We signed an agreement for bundled service at a set price that we were very happy with. Wow did the nightmares start after that. DO NOT TRUST what they have you sign. Ours turned out to be useless. He didn't run anything through correctly, ATT&T depts don't let you email what you signed, they just tell you what they can see on their end. We spent no less than 10 hours on the phone over 2 weeks with dept after dept in a bureaucratic mess. I felt bad for the call center people who tried very hard but are stuck with what they are allowed to do even when they try to fix it and understand the ridiculousness of what happened. They said it's an issue with these neighborhood sales. You are taking a bet that any of it will actually stick. The useless contract you sign doesn't seem to go beyond their tablets. They either have to enter the deals they promised you later or you will just get a zero discounted, way more than whatever company you gave up, crazy bill. And then another and another in a short time. I am looking clearly at exactly what we signed but no one can do anything about it. And they do not accept emails. Minimum 2 hours at a time on the phone. Almost every day. Told repeatedly it's being escalated. Only to start over with the next agent/higher dept. Never fixed. No accountability. Ghosted by the manager who only left us with a girl he was training's number. She (Areli) seemed sweet but stopped responding when I said the department I was talking to was asking for his full name and contact information so they could clear this up. He clearly told her not to give it. Left decades with Verizon for this absolute nightmare that we still can't get out of.

    Now I remember exactly why I left Spectrum years ago. Their customer service SUCKS. The person that…read moregot me to sign up for the service promised a free month before I'd be billed. But I tried setting the service up several times and it didn't work at the various places I tried. By the time we found a port in the house that worked and got it set up, it was time for the first bill. But I'd never used the service. In a chat, I asked for a credit for that first month since I hadn't gotten to use the service. I was told I would receive a credit. The chat agent NEVER said, "I can only give you a $10 credit." He made it seem I'd be credited for the whole month. When I went into a chat to ask about the missing $40 credit today, I politely stated that it seemed very deceptive not to mention that $10 limit at the time, knowing I was asking for a full month's credit. The chat agent DISCONNECTED the chat. I just canceled my service with Ting today, and I regret it already. Ting might be more expensive, but they have excellent customer service. They are clear and they are not deceptive. They do exactly what they promise to do. Sadly, I can't say the same about Spectrum.
