    Been with charter for internet since 2009. About 3 weeks ago, my internet stopped working. After 2…read moredays, I discovered it was disconnected by my driveway with a red tag on it. I chatted with customer service and no one had a clue what this was. By the time I called, it had been 10 days without internet and it's during the holidays, so I wasn't available to have a tech come out because they wanted to enter the home. I had been tossed around on the phone from agent to agent and multiple told me they had in the notes that I refused the tech entry to the home. This was a lie, a tech never came out and I had said I wasn't available for a tech to enter. This is a huge difference from refusing someone to enter. It made me super mad! I decided to get verizon 5g that just plugs in, so we could get some internet going and it seemed to work fine. I decided I was going to cancel charter and use that instead. They didn't want to credit me anything back for the days I had no internet! Said sorry, it's not on them and told me since I didn't want the tech, they won't do it. On top of that, charged me for the next mo! I was like, I'm being punished for your guys issue of disconnecting this in the first place. I had even tried to put the acct on hold over chat and she told me no, I would be compensated those days. Ha! So I was denied a hold AND charged more. I talked to a supervisor, same thing. They tossed me to another guy who got the bill lowered to $25, but they would not credit me back. They said service was still active, even though I was disconnected, so I had to pay. I'll stick to the verizon and not have to deal with the cables that caused all this mess.

When we went to cancel it, we were instructed to return the phone. After returning the phone, we were still charged over $1090! (And it was already discussed that we were to not be charged, etc). We have been trying to get our refund for weeks (or at least get the iPhone back which we returned). It has become more than a nightmare and everyone we talk to doesn't care and is a complete dead end. We will no longer be using them for any type of service.     I have been a customer for over 5 years. Living in a rural area, reliable internet used to be hard…read moreto come by, so I was glad to find Unwired at first. I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.

Network wiring for 10 workspaces were done with 2 network ports in each station. We also upgraded our network rack which Wire Guys order for a very reasonable price. As for the technicians, all I can say is they were amazing. They were very professional, detailed oriented and on time. All of the work performed was done great and great quality. The technicians were friendly and accommodating to any request no questions ask. Our project was completed on time as planned and everything from the technical aspect of things were done great with no issues. We will definitely keep using Wire Guys for any work.
