These kind humans take pictures of the damage and kindly explain what is going on with your car in each image. Every single person I spoke to here was kind, and I felt comfortable. They let me store my car here, and recommended a place to buy it for parts. They did not overcharge me.... They definitely undercharged, and had a lot of compassion for my situation.
