Came in for a simple tire swap out which took well over 4+ hours because the technician was over a hour+ late. The front desk alerted me they may not have anyone at all till 11pm. So when the technician finally arrived waited over a hour+ on the truck in front of me. I walked into the office and they were just chatting it up for a good 20 mins no care in the world that he could've paid and the next person in line could've pulled up. Once that driver out the way, they now tell me to slide my tandems to the front in which I could've been did while waiting in line over 2 hours+. That's something the associate could've had me do in advance. Yet he was using that as an excuse for the guy that was late to go buy food. Once they were slide he came back with his food yet still no one addressed the fact that I had them done or for us to discuss payment or invoices going further. Customer service lacks at this location as they don't have enough help. They literally was only doing tires with one person working. The front counter guy has stopped like 4 times to go smoke cigarettes without letting me know what's the hold up. I'm sure it's because the other dude wanted to eat but they need to factor in that other people time are valuable as well. read more

I went in for a simple thermostat work on my truck I bought the part that took my thermostat off and the mechanic broke 2 screws he drilled it to remove the screws and destroyed my water pump they said they will make it right we they was finished they handed me a bill for 2747.00 I'm like wow! I just went in for a 400 dollars job do not go there mechanics are terrible unless you want to get your semi truck destroyed and you will be there for days like me read more

Heather (the manager)at this location is a gem, and not in a good way. There was no help or attempt to get me to someone who could get to the bottom of a simple communication issue. I was told, it is what it is. I cannot speak of anyone else at this location but I'd expect no help with her. read more

Fantastic service! So willing to help! A prime example of true "Southern Hospitality"! My family and I are on our way from NW Georgia in our family 89 custom van to St. Augustine, FL. It is the first family vacation we have taken together in over 25 years. While on the interstate, our van began to bounce and vibrate terribly. At first we thought it was the road surface similar to the emergency shoulder surface, however we were wrong. It was not a flat tire yet, but soon would have been. It was a radial belt broken in the tire. We continued cautiously to the next exit which took us straight to Speedco Truck Lube & Tire! That is ONLY explained as divine intervention from the Lord above. How else do you explain it?? My dad went inside and asked if they could take a look even though it is business for tractor trailers. Two gentlemen came out, and immediately decided to change the tire to our spare!!! No wait, no fuss! Daddy asked the receptionist how much he owed and she said nothing, but you can donate a couple dollars to our Make a Wish Fund. That is what I'm talking about! Will think twice before letting this location service my truck in the future. First of all, only 2 of the 3 oil change bays were open, causing a more than an hour wait before I could get in on a Sunday morning. Yet they advertise they have the needed personnel to get you in and back on the road with nominal downtime. Then once in, I requested them to get a oil sample mid stream for analysis at my outside lab. Tech waited till it was dripping from oil pan before he got my sample. Couldn't even get enough to fill the bottle. Following day had to have the right front wheel and drum removed to clean off excess grease that was injected into the S Cam bushings that got all over my front break shoe assembly. All of this for almost $300.00 along with a 1 1/2 hour wait to get in and an hour service time. Add in the additional charge to remove front tire and drum to clean up potential safety hazard and/or possible DOT shutdown due to their carelessness with a grease gun and you can see why I don't give them any higher rating. read more

I had my truck serviced there and had some issues arise. I decided not to go back and confront them about it because I felt I would come off like some a hole who just wants free parts and labor and. they would blow me off and not care. I instead left mean review here on Yelp with the intentions of preventing someone else from having the same issues. The next day I got a call from John the manager. We had a nice talk about what happened and how they train their techs and how they would of handled my problem had I gave them a chance in person to fix it. I assumed they were like the rest. But they are not. They actually cared enough to call, investigate and offer a solution. For that reason I have changed my review from 1 to 5 stars and for that same reason I will go back and trust them with my truck. If someone is willing to take the time and try and make things right with a stranger...then they have my respect an my business. My husband had an oil change performed here.He requested a bill upfront in order to get an approval for pre-payment by his company. The bill showed $450. AFTER they had completely drained the oil from the motor, they came and told him it was going to take an extra 2 gallons and that he would be charged an additional $120. They knew what type of truck and motor they would be working on when got there, so this sure does seem like a scam to me & someone just got $120 tip this evening. read more
