We didn't use the shuttle service, but we got harassed by a driver. We were parked in a waiting lot, which was almost empty, and the driver of this shuttle decided he didn't like the way we parked, so he parked behind us to block us in so we couldn't get out. Then he got out of the van, told us we were parked incorrectly, and sat down and ate his lunch, while looking right at us and smiling. We were finally able to get out with multiple shimmies by inches, as he sat and watched us. read more

Worst experience ever. First the lady told us it would take 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, after like 20 minutes of waiting I saw they where going home for the day. I ask what happened to our shuttle she said what is your last name I told her, story short she forgot about us and send the last shuttle with us and didn't even bother to help us this problem it was at 11pm. Absolutely horrible. We made a reservation weeks in advance with a confirmed pick up time from OGG and everything. We arrive in Maui, go to the Speedi Shuttle kiosk and are told it will be an hour or more past our CONFIRMED RESERVED TIME until we get on a shuttle even though we had a confirmed reservation time. We asked the lady working the kiosk why we weren't on the shuttle at our time and we were not given an explanation. Instead, she and the driver just laughed and didn't show any remorse. Booked for 4:30 AM pickup for a 8 AM flight, the latest I could get. Day before pick up received an email saying it has been moved to 4 AM pickup. Called to inquire and all she said is it's a shared ride ma'am, at least 3 times in a 2 minute conversation. Well there were no other pick ups and arrived at airport 4:30. The bag check doesn't even open till 5 AM! I understand the traffic can be bad from Kapolei to airport during morning commute but REALLY picking us up 4 hrs prior to flight time. My 18 year old son went to Maui for his Grad trip, and to young to rent a car, so we booked him and his friend Speedi Shuttle to get to and from the airport. I read the reviews before I booked, so I was a little nervous, but everything turned out great. The only reason I did not get it 5 stars was (1) on the confirmation it said someone would be waiting for them at the Speedi Shuttle counter. - No one was there. My son said there was a number to call posted on the counter. He called the number, and they said someone would be there shortly (which they were). (2) on the confirmation it said they would get a call approx 24 hours before to confirm the trip back to the airport. They never got a call. I told them they better call to make sure all was confirmed. They called and confirmed the info and the shuttle was there on time and took them to the airport on time. **upon arrival, I ordered Lei's for them and they were prefect! Over all GREAT experience....just could not give it 5 stars as a couple things did not match up with what was on the confirmation. read more

Terrible customer service. The website states "Start off your visit in paradise with a traditional fresh flower lei greeting at the airport!" but in reality you only get a lei if you PURCHASE THEM. This is purposely misleading. When I made our reservation to be dropped off and picked up at the airport they gave me the impression that they would be there with a sign waiting for us, but instead we had to stand in a line at their kiosk and sign-up and wait for dispatch to be called by the employee at the kiosk. (very rude girl by the way) We waited almost an hour for the van to pick us up. On our return pick-up dispatch calls the night before to confirm, they were only going to pick us up two hours before out flight and our airlines was recommending AT LEAST three hours early - the lady tried to convince me two hours was enough time and argued with me and laughed at me! I cancelled our ride back to the airport and went with a more reliable service. TOTAL RIPOFF read more

There's nothing speedy about this shuttle service...been waiting over an hour for a shuttle to take us to our hotel and a group jumped the line bec they booked an "exclusive ". When asked when the next shuttle is, they say "oh it's just down there". And it's not! They should rename this "suckishuttle". This is part of a Costco travel contracted shuttle so I will be informing Costco and may be they'll be removed from the contract with them. Unbelievable! read more

I booked a 10:30AM pick up with them on Monday the 16th. I arrived at 10:16AM and decided to call customer service at 11AM when a shuttle hadn't arrived yet. After waiting about 8 minutes, I spoke to an agent who put me on hold. After waiting on hold another minute or 2 the call dropped and sent me to their voicemail. I called again and after waiting another 15 minutes the agent informed me that they changed my pickup time to 10:10AM and claimed to send me an email with the change. I checked my email and spam box and never received an email from the company. They said they didn't have any drivers heading my way and they would give me a refund. I hang up to order an uber and see a Speedishuttle heading my way. I ask if it is here for me and he said no, just a drop off. I explain the situation and he calls the company for more info. They approve him to take me to the airport which is a 20 minute ride. At this point, it is a little after 11:30AM, an hour after my original pick up time. The driver is en route when he receives a call to do another pickup 15 mins away. He starts driving and about 10 minutes later receives another call saying they canceled the pick up. So, again, we head to the airport. Now, while in the van he proceeds to talk about how people complain to him and get mad at him about things that have nothing to do with him and people should "just get husbands, so they can take it out on them". He also mentioned how surprised he was when he drove a celebrity that she was pretty without makeup "since most women aren't" and chose to comment on another celebrity he drove saying she had gained some weight. Very unprofessional and offensive as a solo, female traveler. I got to the airport and made my flight and that's the only good part about the whole experience. read more

I arrived in Hawaii and my hotel concierge really messed up-- didn't send confirmation for my shuttle I booked in advance, couldn't find my shuttle reservation, and told me I had to be booked through Speedi. They very kindly let me book a shuttle that moment to my hotel ... only to have my name called over the intercom and another shuttle service tell me I was no their list. This shuttle service took our family of four from the Kahului airport to our hotel for $50.93, not including tip. The good news is we arrived at our destination in one piece. Now, the bad news.. first, upon booking with them at their curb side counter, their credit card machine was broken. After paying with cash, their receipt/boarding pass wasn't working so I had to wait about 10 minutes after paying cash for anything that would allow us to board one of their shuttles. Finally this gets resolved and I have boarding pass in hand and they tell us to wait at the curb for their shuttle. We wait for not more than 5 minutes and it pulls up to the curb. I hand the driver our boarding pass and he loads our bags and we hop in.. just as I was about to close the door, the woman at the counter starts yelling at us because we were in the wrong shuttle van. Now first, I asked the driver before handing him my boarding pass if this was the shuttle to our hotel. He confirms. Second, our boarding pass has our destination printed out. So twice the driver goofs and allows us to board the shuttle that is going to a different part of the island. Silly me, I thought asking if this was the van to the Grand Wailea was specific enough. The ride was comfortable.. the van was clean and the a/c worked well in the tropical heat and humidity. However, the driver was playing with his cell phone during much of the ride and crossed over the lines at least a dozen times because his eyes weren't on the road. On the return trip to the airport, we took a cab.. I'll post on that later.. we found a great cab company on this trip! This place keeps their shuttle vans clean but everything else is a mess. read more

SpeediShuttle is one of two shuttle services serving Kahului airport. As shuttles go, this was fine: they drop you off right at the hotel and the airport and the waits were short. At the airport, the shuttle showed up after about 20 minutes and was actually 10 minutes early for pick-up. I also like that they called the day before to the hotel to confirm our pick up time. It is fairly pricy, about $60 to get you to west Maui. This beats most of the quotes I heard from cabs, but there was one that offered to match the shuttle price with a flat rate. read more

This company offers transfers to and from the airport and your hotel in nice vans with very nice drivers...that being said, I would not recommend them to anyone without first telling you to prepare to wait for your ride. When we arrived we were greeted at the kiosk and told that there was a shortage of flowers and therefore would not be receiving the flower leis that I preordered and payed for in advance! We were instructed to have a seat where we waited almost an hour for our shuttle to show up. Unfortunately we experienced the same problem on our return trip. We were supposed to be picked up at 6 and our driver arrived 45 minutes late. In my opinion they need more shuttles and more drivers to meet their appointments. Traffic to and from the airport is bad and limited availability is causing these delays. Hopefully things will get better but for now, just now that if you're in a hurry, skip the shuttle. read more

Same feedback as others on this page. We booked and confirmed a private shuttle for our family for both legs of the trip. There were no signs or greeters as the reservation suggested and our shuttle was non existent at arrival. The lady at the kiosk was very nice and offered us a shared ride but said they were short staffed. They were able to get us a private ride 15-20 min later so no harm no foul. On the return leg, we got a confirmation email the night before saying the time they would be there, that it was a private shuttle, etc. when we got out to the car, it was a shared shuttle with (3) seats left. Our family of (4) obviously couldn't fit with car seats etc,. The driver was very nice and tried calling dispatch to find a solution, the woman asked to speak to me and said this is what is available, and asked us to squeeze in. After a few min of back and forth, she (on speaker phone) told the driver to unload our luggage and leave. Worst worst worst customer experience possible. Several people were outside the hotel watching/hearing this all go down - a few of which said they used the service for their trip with an identical experience on their first leg. DO NOT use this service. They have earned their one and two star ratings. We made a prepaid reservation from our Marriott timeshare to the airport on Maui with them. They never showed up. When we called them, they said we were supposed to be at the "side entrance" Not only was this never stated anywhere, there is no side entrance! They said they tried to contact us, but we never got that call, nor was it in our missed calls. They are totally unreliable and lie when they drop the ball. I have no idea what the low reviews are based on as our experience was great! We were greeted at the baggage claim by Mike who had to wait for a late flight in a hot and humid airport, but remained gracious and accommodating while waiting for our luggage. Our driver, Will, was unbelievable!! Not only were his driving skills great, but he was so friendly and answered lots of questions about local items that I don't know that the average tourist asks. He made a couple of extra stops for us on the way to the hotel to let us get some things we weren't able to bring with us on the flight. He was so good that we asked to have him drive for us on the return to the airport. The vehicle was very clean and I would most certainly use this service again should the occasion arise. read more

Reservation was set about 3 days before our departure date. For a 12 noon flight, they said leaving the hotel at 915am would be plenty of time. On the day of departure, we came to the valet at the said time.....and waited......and waited. We had to ask the employee what happened to the shuttle. All he said was, "they're literally down the street". Okay, no problem. We waited some more. By almost 940am, we had to go back and ask again. I was reassured that the shuttle was "literally down the street". Finally the shuttle showed up. The shuttle was packed. At this time, we were already slightly frustrated. The only decent thing we can say about this shuttle is that it is clean and the driver made an attempt to give us a tour of the island. SpeediShuttle is a fantastic option to get from the airport to a hotel. We found out through a few inquiries that it would cost us approximately $85 to get to the Westin Ka'anapali. We had 5 people in our party, so that would have easily been two taxis wtih luggage. SpeediShuttle was only $65 to get all of us and our luggage to our hotel. Further, the drivers gave us tours of the cool things we were driving by, both on our way to the hotel and back to our airport, so the time went by quickly. The vehicles had nice HUGE windows all around, so no matter where you were, front or back, you got a great view of the scenery around you (which is also helpful for car sickness for people stuck in the back). When I am back on Maui, I will definately source out this worthwhile service again. read more

We used this service on Jan. 14, 2022 from the Kahului airport on Maui to where we stay in Kaanapali. I think there were 3 other parties in the van that evening, however our stop was the last one. Overall it was ok, except when we got to the end. It seems it was at that point when the driver realized he gave our bag to the wrong party on a previous stop. All he had at the end was 1 bag, and it was not ours! We had no other luggage because we packed everything in 1 large bag. The driver said he would go back to where he thought he gave the wrong bag, and make the exchange. He called my cell phone so I would have his number and promised to be back within an hour with our bag. Of course an hour passed, and we didn't hear from him. I started calling his mobile, but he was not answering, and by then it was after 10:30pm. We were up well past midnight hoping to get our bag, but he obviously turned his phone off and never bothered to call us. His number is 808-205-8328. The following day it took at least 5 calls to Speedi Shuttle. Their customer service is not so good, they just keep telling you to call back. Eventually we got our bag back via another driver nearly a full day later. We cancelled the return trip with Speedi Shuttle and used Uber, which went very well. Obviously we won't use Speedi Shuttle again! read more

Always have a friendly driver that gives me the scoop on what's been going on since my last trip, I've got invites from the drivers to go to their canoe club, meet up for drinks etc. Good peoples. Do not try to make transfer arrangements at the airport. OGG with all the stressed out mainlanders trying to start their vacation *RIGHT NOW* is just a bit too much for me. This is Island Time. Pau Hana is just a surf report away, or if the LA Lakers are playing. Relax: this ain't the mainland. Call ahead and have your junk handled. The best thing to do is to call ahead 24 hours and get a reservation. My condo is in Kehei, I use SpeediShuttle every time I go back to Maui and they are never late, I'm always on time to catch the bird back to the mainland. read more

We were debating renting a car on Maui, but with gas at almost $5 a gallon and expensive cab fares, the SpeediShuttle was the best way to go. It was a delightful drive from the airport to the hotel, in a very roomy, air conditioned shuttle. The drivers on both trips were extremely friendly. One passenger was staying at a place she found on Craigslist, but didn't know the address. I was pretty impressed that our driver found the location. read more

BEWARE - PLEASE READ MY REVIEW AND SAVE YOURSELF I booked Speedi Shuttle's limo service for my wedding and bridal party the day of to take us from the hotel to the venue. There was specific direction given when booking the shuttle months in advance, specific direction when calling to confirm on Saturday morning and specific direction given from the first group (the groomsman) to come back to pick up the bridesmaids at the hotel after being dropped off at the venue. BTW, the charge to do this quick trip was over $230. The driver NEVER returned to the Ritz to pick up the bride and bridesmaids to take them to the venue, resulting in a delay of 40 mins to the wedding ceremony as we had to scramble to find some way to get 10 people over to the venue ASAP. As the bride, this incident 100% ruined my wedding. Cocktail hour and picture taking was cut short by over 40 mins, I was stressed out trying to figure out a way to transport the entire party, and obviously all the guests were wondering what happened. PLEASE STAY AWAY - EVEN FOR THE SAKE OF HURTING THIS BUSINESS BY WHAT THEY DID TO ME. read more

Landed in Maui and tried to reach the car service we pre-booked. It was Execucar but they also dba as Speedi Shuttle. It took 45 minutes to get anyone on the phone only to be told to go to the Speedi Shuttle desk. The woman working the desk (Desiree) verbally accosted both my wife and I. She then advised that if we complained about it she would make sure we waited "a long time" for our ride. We ordered an Uber and we'll dispute the charge as we had prepaid it. Right on time, friendly and very helpful. Was very surprised at how affordable the ride for five of us was from JHM airport to Marriott. Even though it was only a couple miles, it was made super easy. I would highly recommend if flying to Maui to use this service. The van was very large, clean and ac worked great. We ended up just canceling the shuttle and taking a taxi to our airport (For just about the same price). Was told at their kiosk that they'd refund us if we called. Called them the next day, and they confirmed the refund would process in 7 days. It's been 10+ days and still no refund.
