I brought my bike here for a bent rim and they had it fixed within 4 days during the busy summertime. They charged $50. Their road bike inventory is super limited compared to their mountain bike inventory, but they can order anything online and have it shipped to their store for assembly. Scott let us ride 4 different styles outside to see what we preferred and went over the pros/cons of each style. The bike we wanted had a button shifter (excuse my lack of correct terminology) but wanted a throttle that shifted. We were connected with the bike shop mechanics in the back and we able to get a quote to change out the shifter to a throttle. Super happy with our experience and all the knowledge we received.
