I stop by Speedway every morning for a cup of coffee and I have to say that every time this place is spotless clean andorganized. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and they welcome every single person that walks in and they're always happy to serve. Special thanks to the manager, Asya because she is always Helpful, kind and she's always making sure the store is in top notch shape. Asya is hard-working, She's very intelligent and she makes a huge difference in that store's well being. go for gas never inside...getting to lane can be tricky...ins and out's on all sides...prices slightly lower maybe 5 cents or so from regular stations. usually can get a lane ..do not like speedway ads or loud sounds on pump station....credit cards work quickly read more

If your POS station doesn't work, then put up a sign. Don't let patrons stand there waiting on your cashier to authorize when none of your buttons work. Fix yourself or close up shop. Happily pumping gas at shell across the street where things work. Up yours speedway! For $0.05 more, I'd rather spend my money at shell than ever step foot at your location again! read more

Just left the gas station humiliated, I walked in and noticed how the employee looked me at me and was giving me a nasty look the soonest I walked in ( maybe cuz I had a shirt with rainbow gay flag ) . I asked nicely for 30 dollars and I said : I'm sorry I can't see the pump number from here but it's the rav 4 gray color and then he rolled his eyes and made a sound like "ughhhh" then he said what I'm color blind . And then he started getting all aggressive on me loud where the other customer where looking . He should not be working customer service. I stopped in today to change a defective BBQ tank. The time us 1: 42 PM on Sunday. The gas station was open. I waited in line and when it became my turn the lady behind the counter replied oh you have to come in when the manager is here to return a tank. I told her I am here now and the manager is a phone call away. I will get the tank out of my car while you get the manager on the phone. When I came back in the clerk said well I don't want to call her because I know she will say in order to return a tank it must be during business hours and Tammy has to be here.. I did not reply just let her get the tank. Tammy: I will never come back to this place. Even if this isn't your policy then you need to hire better employees. If this is your policy your an idiot. Your customers schedule does not coincide with yours. read more

The clerk behind the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE and basically would not sell me a car wash-she lied and said she thought it was broken ...and then she lied and told me she couldn't break a $100 because she just dropped all of her $20s. I ended up going across the street to Shell! I used to come here all of the time but because of this rude lady's bad attitude I won't be back until she's gone!!! read more

After spending 18.67 I told the clerk I needed a 20.00 broken and change.. I was told I needed to buy something so I grabbed a lighter and paid with a 20... Jackie then throw the lighter at my and started calling me lazy and to walk my ass across the street with a line behind me.. obvious she was coming down from a tweek high and after talking with the manager she informed me hiv+ and having a bad week... still no excuse... add that to all the stolen credit card numbers and the dope you can buy out the back. .. probably wanna stay away unless you pay with cash and keep your doors locked if you got your family with you read more

Went into the store today 10-8-16 at approximately 1115 am. I normally go to this store to redeem my coupons I receive from Skoal. I've never had a probably until today. The cashier was "unsure" of the coupon so she asked the "manager" who was on duty. She too was unsure so she made a phone call.The coupon is a buy one get one free. The coupon also states, "limit one coupon per purchase of specific product." Well I informed them I was going to make two separate purchases. The manager said you can't, it's only one coupon per day. I read out loud the first sentence (above). I told her, well I'll walk outside and come back in to make another purchase, she replies you're on camera.. smh. I told her to read the coupon and she still said it's only one coupon per day, which leads me to believe she cannot read. It's a real hassel to drive to different locations, and after years of making purchases here, never again. I would have totally understood if it were store policy, if the "manager" explained that, but she didn't. Instead she failed to understand the words which were clearly written on the coupon and somewhat treated me like I was defrauding the system. I encourage the corporate office of USA Gasoline to monitor who they promote to management. I honestly did not want to make a big deal about it, but I've frequent this location for years and today's unsatisfactory service deserves a review. read more

I had the worst customer service of my life tonight . This young girl maybe 17/25 years was working didn't even greet nor acknowledge me grabbed my item demanded a total from me and I let her know my transaction was not complete and her response was "okay what else " after she completed my transaction I let her know she had horrible customer service and her response yet again hostile "then don't come back " . I say then you don't need a job because there are plenty of people who would be so thankful to even have that job . I am just so disappointed. I will never come back here I felt like a Bourdon for their place of business . I will continue to go to the arco down the street off of Winchester and Nicholas they always have an awesome attitude and I feel super welcomed there always . read more

I stopped to fill up my veh yesterday at approx 3:30 pm. Had to go to restroom as I've been traveling long hrs. Connected the pump and ran in to use the restroom. The two restrooms were barricaded with racks of store products. A male working said I had to wait five minutes cause the floor was wet. I advised him it was an emergency and had to pee soon. I proceeded to buy a cup of coffe for my wife and went back out to finish filling up my veh. I went inside again after more than five minutes have passed and still would not open restrooms. I advised the male who was stocking drinks in the fridge that I needed to go and the five mins had passed. The male working there then saint " I don't legally have to provide the restrooms for you" finally the male removed the barricades and allowed me in a reluctant manner to use the restroom. I'm not sure weather this guy working there on 12/20/18 at 3:30 pm is the owner or an employee but I know that is no way to treat a customer but a sure way to lose one. Well this was my neighborhood gas station......until the ignorant employee (the gentleman working 11.10.15 at 4:30am). I understand doing your job as I'm on the way to do mine, but having a non functional store because he's doing a shift change and his register is closed is unacceptable. Think outside the box and figure out how to support your customers. read more

Disappointing that a gas station located next door to a car wash would be unwilling to provide cash back from a debit card purchase. When you only need $5 in cash to vacuum your car, no sane person wants to use an ATM to withdraw $20 plus pay an ATM fee from both the machine and the bank. I walked away from a $10 purchase out of frustration. And as a commuter who spends more than $100 on gas, I'll definitely not give them that business, either. I sincerely hope this isn't a family owned or franchise business, because this is the kind of ridiculous policies I have come to expect from a large corporation, not a local business. read more

Worst gas station in the world! Gave the blonde lady $20 to pump gas on #5, didn't work, walked back in to ask why, she said I didn't pay for gas and she'd never seen me. I asked to see video. Manager showed me video. It's clear that I was at the register, you see me place my money on counter then I walk away. The manager said "sorry, nothing we can do about it. Doesn't prove you placed cash on counter". Scam! Stay away, they steal your money! I haven't been back since. read more
