Just stay away... I wish I would have read the reviews before I called! My wife called to get her car towed because it wouldn't start. The dispatcher told us that they serviced our area, were close and would be out in less than 30 minutes. They quoted us $95 to hook up the car an $4/mile to the destination. After 45 minutes of waiting, we called back and they said the driver was still 15-20 minutes away. We ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours. The driver came and he was very friendly. I asked if he could try to jump it before he hooked it up. He hooked up the jump box and it started up - took him 5 minutes. I asked him what we owed for the jump and show up time. He called the owner and he told the driver to charge us $175. I immediately called back and that was abusive and not what they quoted. The owner said that we needed to pay for his time to drive to our vehicle even though they told us they were close by and serviced the area. After a brief argument, he finally agreed to pay a $95 show up fee. Save yourself a headache and just go to somewhere else. read more

Let me lead off by saying, the tow driver was great, complete professional, zero issues with that. My issue is the cost, I had my Honda coupe towed 3 miles and 2 in the afternoon for 352$. There's a 250$ hook up charge. Along with a 56$ fuel surcharge. Had the dispatcher told me that prior to sending them out i definitely would of looked elsewhere. Fast, prompt service but far too costly. I had to get my vehicle towed out from my parking space. It took them maybe fifteen minutes total to get the work done (towing the vehicle out, shoveling out some of the snow and ice that had built up around). Very courteous, though the gentleman who helped me was not wearing a mask or gloves. Had the cost been reasonable- even under $150, I would have had no issues at all. But for that work, I was charged $395. I was told it would have been $295 but for the fact that I have an out of state license. I did not check the Yelp reviews beforehand. That is my fault. But I can add another one star review in the hope that others are more careful or, perhaps, that the company might lower their fees to more reasonable rates in the future. read more

My son's truck stopped in the middle of the road and I called to have his truck towed to his house about a mile down the road. STAY AWAY! One star is a gift. This place is a total scam. Called twice in advance to confirm the rate was $125 for the hook up + $4/mile FROM the pickup destination. What should have been $225 was $565! They charged per mile for the 40 mile drive from their shop then the pickup and mileage to the destination plus a $35 "convenience fee." Called the office to ask about the discrepancy and they were unwilling to discuss the rate. The worst towing company starting with the manager Adan Flores no help at all I called to get a flat rate of a towing to a small nissan sentra he gave me the prize of $95 dollars for the hook up and $4 dollars a mile so I was im with that nothing else was mention in the conversation he didn't explained about their hidden fees.so once my car got picked up and delivered to my house wich I was there the while process and didn't see nothing special to the hook up once ther got my car to the location 2.5 miles away they gave me the surprise if a charge of $360.00 dollars i called Adan and told him the issue that they were charging me a fee of $120 dollars extra for a ball joint wich the hook up again didn't have a different process and his answer was to deal with the driver I kept insisting that he never explained about those fees and he just hung up the phone saying to deal again with the driver to be honest he doesn't deserve being a manager he has a bad way of dealing with a costumer. This tow company is up to no good. When I Google nearby tow company they popped up as cheap and affordable. For only $65 and stated they was located in Des plaines. I wàs going to get it tow to my house coming from the airport which is 12 miles. They never give me a price. By a truck breaking down at the airport I dot came and took me too a gas station. While I was at the gas station I decided to check my coolant to see if my car was over heating. Oddly I locked my keys in the truck. Long story short. The price of my tow from 840 Bessie Coleman Blvd to 1668 lee st which is is only 2 miles more then 4 miles cast me $360. I asked him why is it so much to go 2 miles. He say it took him 17 miles to get to me $195 hook up fee $60 gas or service fee, and $4 per mile I tried calling to get a better price and understanding of the services I was receiving. But before I call the driver said he can do $300 the guy on the phone said $325 and when he broke down the price he said the hook up fee was$125 and $4 per mile. Never mentioned any of the other fees and miles it took them to come to me. I agreed to the $300 because they threaten to in pow my truck for non payment. When I give him my debit card he took me it was another $ 20 fee for using my debit card. I just paid and was blue. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company! While the driver was nice, The company uses bait and switch tactics. We had a vehicle towed that was broken down. We called dispatch and we are told it would be $125 for a hookup and $4 a mile. These prices are within out budget so we agree. The Driver gets there tells us it will be 12 miles to get from where we are at to the location. He hooks up the vehicle no problem. Gets the vehicle to the location we need it at for repairs and the driver tells us the charge is over $100 more. The hook up fee is now $199 and somehow its now 17 miles from where we where after we where told it was 12. We called dispatch to find out why the hookup fee is now $199 and he throws out some BS of we are charging you from where the dispatch location. He tells you one price then when you call them out the BS they try to take you r vehicle after the fact this is BULL SHIT. Someone need regulate company's that pull this. read more
