I have towing insurance and would expect them to help me. They did not. I waited with my car for 4 hours and then told them I would leave the keys in the car and got a ride home. They called me at 11:47pm and told me they had a towing company and it would be be at my car today between 7 and 9 am. I waited. Also I got a text to confirm that. 10:15 I called them back and they said sorry we don't have anybody, your better off calling a towing company on your own. I called area Dupage towing and they could not be nicer first on the phone and the girl said I will get somebody out there as soon as we can we of course are backed up.but it will be today. I paid her over the again out of my own pocket when I have insurance that should have taken care of me. At 12:33pm i got a call that my flat was fixed and I could pick up my car. I am ever so grateful for this towing company. I will fight this case with Progressive ins. They should hire more towing companies then spending so much money on commercials. Her dad and I are 1300 miles away so we told her to use the AAA app to ask for a jump, and then to stay on the phone with us until she was back on the road. The tow truck driver showed up within 15 minutes. He addressed her as "Miss WaymoresBlues" because our AAA info is in my name. She never told him her first name. He charged the battery, she thanked him and she left. She didn't even sign any paperwork. It took less than 5 minutes. We heard the entire conversation. This morning, she woke up to a friend request on FB, a follow on IG and messages on both platforms. He said he liked her vibe and he was hoping they could meet up for coffee. A quick search of his FB profile told my daughter that this guy is in his mid-30's. My daughter is still technically a teenager and looks it. She ignored both messages and blocked him. I'm furious because the only information he has was mine. Which means he used info from a professional transaction to find me on social media, then used my social media to track down my daughter. To top it all off, she saw him in his tow truck in the same parking lot on her way to her afternoon class. She uses a different parking area on Wednesdays, but is certain she has never noticed a tow truck in that parking lot before. I reported him to AAA. I had my daughter contact campus security and ask for an escort to and from her classes for the next week. She's also going to be using her sister's car until she feels more comfortable. I'm furious. This man found my daughter in a vulnerable situation. Night time, alone and young in an empty parking lot. He's obviously older than her and there's no fucking way he doesn't know that. And now this morning, he just happens to be in the same parking lot on the same campus? I grew up in a conservative, rural area in the 80's and 90's, and women were conditioned to think this kind of bullshit was romantic. It's not. It's predatory at best. Raise your children to know this is unacceptable.

I've use this service a few times for the time my engine blew I needed a tow truck to the dealership he was there. For New Year's I was putting air in my tire at a fuel station and it was so very cold out that while doing it the air valve on the tire broke. He did not leave me hanging he came out as soon as possible before I called him I did contact through my insurance to have them send a tow truck this never happened I waited three hours I noticed on my phone that multiple tow trucks canceled out from coming finally the fourth tow truck came while STEVIE arrived I sent the tow truck away and Stevie was there less than an hour after the phone call that's amazing. And of course another holiday Christmas Eve while I am DoorDash in my vehicle broke down at a restaurant battery was dead from severe cold winds luckily I had a chance to cancel the customers order send a different driver but once I called STEVIE I don't even know how long it was but I almost think I only waited a half hour. I'm so completely satisfied with how great his tow trucks are that it protects your vehicle. His attitude and personality are great you feel like you're talking to a brother. He worries about you he'll tell you to stand inside while he's in the frigid cold temps. I will always continue to use the service I will always tell my friends about him definitely the person you want towing your vehicle back to safety or coming out to get your vehicle started or changing a tire many many other things. Than I called to get my car towed, I was very shocked at how pleasant and professional they were, you don't see that too much lately. They got there just as stated, reasonable price, very nice and courteous. They made my day that much better, I don't usually think of getting my car towed as a good experience but the made it. If you need a tow look no further give them a call right away, I know I will from now on. They took care of my car like it was worth millions instead of hundreds, this is what you want to see in a towing company
