I highly recommend Jax Plumbing. I had an external water line leak, from the front of my house to my meter, which was causing my water bill to be three times what it normally is. I called Jax Plumbing and spoke to the owner Anthony and he came out the same day. We decided to replace the water line and he moved quickly to get the permit and get the job started. It only took Anthony and his crew 1 day to replace the water line/ pipe and he even replaced my main water shut off valve which was old. The whole process from the day I called him, to getting the permit, to when the Inspector came out to sign off on the job that Anthony and his crew did, took a week, including the weekend. I appreciate them moving quickly as every day that my water line leaked was causing my water bill to increase. During the process Anthony was very courteous, responsive, personable and professional. He kept me updated on every step - the status of the permit, when the work would start, when the inspector would come out etc. He also explained to me what he was replacing and why and he made sure he cleaned up and put everything back as it was before. Anthony is one of the best vendors I have worked with as the quality of his work and customer service is hands down the best. He always showed up to my house when he said he would and did the work he said he would do. I hope I do not have any plumbing problems in the future but if I do I would definitely use Jax Plumbing again and I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. read more

My partner and I just moved to the Oakland Park area. And after two months here, are still getting acquainted. Yesterday I went into our Master bathroom to put away towels, and I immediately stepped in water. Surprised, I looked a little further, indeed water was flowing out of the bottom of the wall! I grabbed my laptop, and searched for a plumber. After scrolling with my partner, we decided on Jax Plumbing. (Their logo kinda made us smile). I called and a man named Anthony answered. Very polite and attentive to our issue. Said he would be here within 45 min, and he was. Once onsite Anthony, diagnosed issue behind my pedestal sink and it was bolted to tile! Fearing we could never match this tile, Anthony calmed us down..lol, and went on the other side of wall to cut drywall to access issue!..We were so relieved!..He immediately found the "Loop Leak", capped it and ran a new line overhead in my ceiling, to Kitchen. After testing everything, he cleaned up nicely. The job cost was reasonable, and more importantly as discussed, prior to working. Absolutely amazing. Anthony and his son saved the day. My shower had broken and wouldn't stop pouring water. We couldn't find any way to stop it and were worried about flooding. We contacted Jax Plumbing and they came very quickly. Anthony was able to fix the shower and on our short notice, he was also kind enough to fix our two broken toilets. The toilets needed a special part but Andrew and his son were extremely dedicated and drove around town to find the part they needed. Furthermore, in my attempts to prevent a flood, I had accidently turned down the pressure on the home's water. Anthony showed me the correct way to turn off the water, even though he had to show me in the rain. That is true dedication to the consumer! Additionally, Anthony upgraded a lot of parts for the toilet. Overall, the service was extremely cheap considering the amount of work done. My wife and I have just moved to Pembroke Pines FL from Pittsburgh PA and purchased a condo in Hollybrook Golf. We were in need of a plumber and electrician. Made a bunch of calls to both trades and finally contacted Anthony from JAX plumbing. Unbelievable he was knocking at my front door at the time he said he would, which was impressive because other companies that said they would be there at a given time never did show up! He listened to my needs and totally understood what I wanted, after his inspection he gave me a written quote right then and there. I called Jax - my water heater was leaking bad, all over the garage and god knows where...and Tony the owner was here super fast as promised with a brand new heater and with help. I got a great deal on the heater and the installation. I also got a bit of training while he was at it. He went the extra mile to explain things to me and I felt very comfortable knowing he was taking care of me and it seemed like more than just a job for him.....He really knew what he was doing and in the end I felt like l knew what he was doing too. My fellow yelpers!!! I am in the middle of a move and I have found some wonderful companies that I need to rave about! If not already, Jax's plumbing and Anthony should be your go to plumbing experts. I just moved into my new condo and found out my garbage disposal wasn't working. I sent a request to Jax's last night around 9 and Anthony was able to come out this morning at 10. He was professional, capable and friendly and he diagnosed and fixed my garbage disposal problem the same day without charging an arm and a leg! The estimates I received from other plumbers were outrageous and all suggested that the system be replaced instead of repaired.. I can honestly say, Jax Plumbing was the easiest & most professional contractor I've used, since moving to Florida. I had a leak in my home, somewhere between the hallway & guest bathroom. I gave Jax a call and they arrived as said, within the hour. Within 20 minutes, Anthony, found issue, we had a slab leak. He capped off the line and rerouted a new Hot line overhead and reconnected to the other end, with minimal cutting off my drywall. Which my wife loved! This company loves what they do, and Anthony is truly my kind of guy. Honest, hardworking and straightforward. My wife walked in garage to start laundry, and immediately noticed, the water heater pouring water out of bottom. We looked up local plumbers and chose Jax. Anthony directed us over phone how to shutoff water, until he arrived. He showed up in less than 45 min. Once he showed up, he quickly drained & removed old 14 year old heater. He then picked up & returned with new Rheem heater & installed. He even loaded old heater on his van AND dried up garage! Agreed price was very fair and service was phenomenal. Received my water bill, and almost doubled. Called Jax Plumbing and a guy named Anthony answered, said he could be at my place within the hour. He arrived in less than that, and after speaking with me for a few minutes, he went right to work, to locate the source of my high water bill. After he performed a few tests, he traced the line that feeds my hosebibb to my boat dock, and dug up a wet area just before dock. The plastic line was split in half! He methodically dug & cut out about a 10' section & repiped. Not only do I highly recommend Jax Plumbing, but I can guarantee you I will not use another plumbing company again. Calling a plumber can be scary, but my review may make you rethink that. We called Jax Plumbing to come out to locate source of foul smell in kitchen. Anthony showed up and immediately made us comfortable. We watched as he used a "wall camera" to run behind our kitchen cabinet wall. He found the issue in 10 min of arriving..The copper waste line was rotted. He marked out and saw cut a perfect trench on outside wall. He removed and replumbed line in pvc. Just wanted to take a minute, to give this much deserved review to a fantastic plumbing company we just used..JAX PLUMBING!..We called to request someone to come to our place, to locate the source of my high water bill. Anthony showed up and performed a few tests to try to locate..After about 30 min, he found the wall behind our hot water heater wet..He opened the wall from hallway side and located a "Slab Leak"..He eliminated that line and ran a new "PEX" line overhead to our hallway bath. Wow, just Wow!..We called Jax Plumbing at almost midnight, with a burst pipe in our upstairs bathroom. Anthony answered the phone, and instructed us on how to shut off water to our home, and said he would be onsite within 45 min. After he showed up on time, he immediately knew what to do. The owner Anthony did a fantastic job on a shower valve replacement that needed to be done in a 30+ year old house with all original plumbing. He responded to my request quickly and came out the very next morning. Took care of the work in a couple hours even though he had to break through a tile wall. Asked my neighbor if he had a recommendation for a plumber. He gave me Jax Plumbing's number. We called them to come out and locate a leak we could not find ourselves. A very nice guy showed up, Anthony, and was very professional, took time in explaining, everything that he found during his leak search. We had a hotline slab leak under foundation. Wow!..Just Wow!..We had several guests over the 4th of July Holiday and we were almost sure they flushed baby wipes down our toilet..Well, less than two days later my whole house was clogged!..I called Jax Plumbing who was recommended from a neighborhood..Anthony came out and immediately went to work..He informed us we have no ground clean out, so he'll need to snake from roof..So he did..And to my surprise, he removed about 2 lbs of baby wipes!..System was immediately flushable after!..Thank You Jax Plumbing and Anthony, for your amazing service and professionalism!.. read more

Anthony is great! I called him for a quote to replace my water heater and within two hours he was here. They did an excellent job at a very good rice. I had considered buying a water heater at Home Depot and paying someone for the installation, but in retrospect I am very glad I didn't do that. It was much cheaper and much quicker calling Jax Plumbing and letting them handle it all. They took care of everything and even hauled away my old unit. Could not have been easier.
