Manteiv was one of the first to reply. Their price was very, and very reasonable, their availability was very flexible and they were very local to me in the east side of San Jose. I was out and about and decided to stop by for the smog and thankfully they were free to take me in. Andy was very friendly, pointed out some work I could do on my own (my battery needed some cleaning) and very efficient. I was out of there quickly (which is a shame since in the short time I was there I got some work done lol). The smog certificate was electronically sent to the dmv.
