They actually follow through with the commitment to having a dedicated team assigned to your residence on a reoccurring basis. This allows us to build a rapport and make adjustments as needed. 2.) Customer Service is outstanding. They are proactive with updates and will work diligently to help you find the perfect time slot that works for you. It is very apparent that the Spekless team truly does care that they provide 3.) They will go the extra mile to help you out to the best of their ability. Being single and travelling 3-4 days a week leaves little time for other house hold tasks. As long as time allows, the Spekless Team will fold my clean laundry, hang it in the closet, change my bed sheets and other menial tasks that may come up. 4.) The personal touch is awesome. When I come home, I find that my drapes are re-arranged in a very aesthetically pleasing arrangements, blankets are folded and placed on furniture to give an alluring look. Speckless is redefining what it means to hire a cleaning service. Instead of constantly having to be on the phone trying to get someone scheduled, you can do everything with Brad and Elle by text. They are always prompt and accommodating. That's the business end. The cleanings themselves are amazing too - thorough, focused, and swift. Sulma is the cleaner who comes by each month for us. She's cheerful, sweet, and does a simply fantastic job with turning our dirt ridden condo into something livable again. :-) She always listens when we have a specific request (the vents and top of fan blades need dusting) and is the only person I've met who is a match to what hell I put my stovetop through. She also changes out our cat litter which is just...amazing. One of our requests to her is that she (or anyone else Speckless sends) only use our cleaning products. It's super important because some chemicals give my wife migraines. Sulma is careful to use our products and to let us know when we are out of something so we can stock up. I also like that she spends enough time to get all the dirt out, but she's also efficient and respectful of our time. I booked Spekless for a deep cleaning service, with a test run to then have them come monthly. From the first time I reached out to the they were very responsive and answered my questions. it was super easy to go to their website and book service, and I still continued to get updates to confirm the service and send me reminders leading up to the date. I booked them to come on a Friday, and to save a couple bucks I booked for them to show up anywhere between 8 AM-4PM. Tram Claudia was the cleaning crew assigned to me, and they were so communicative with me from the moment rhey told me they were on their way, through the service, and when they finished up. I have a 1 bd/2ba w/an office apartment. They were able to clean my apartment so well and quickly in an hour and a half. They were so friendly and were very good at looking out for my cat as they cleaned. My apartment feels brand new again. After they completed the service I immediately went and booked them for their recurring service. I highly recommend for folks who want a cleaning service that will do a thorough job while also giving you consistent (but not spamming) communications and respecting your space. read more

We LOVED our experience with Spekless!! My roommate and I wanted a good deep clean ahead of election day to help reduce our anxiety and Spekless made the whole experience so smooth and easy. The communication ahead of our appointment was excellent. We opted for the "8am-4pm" and received a text from our team a half hour before they arrived to let us know when they were coming. Team Yaneth was incredibly thorough and attentive and showed amazing attention to detail. They cleaned out my soap dish and got rid of all the tiny scraps of soap I never get around to throwing away, as well as the jar full of used matches on my nightstand. I also just realized they emptied and cleaned our coffee grinder! The floors, kitchen, and bathrooms also look amazing, but it was those little extra touches that really made us smile. We were also extremely comfortable with Spekless's COVID precautions - the team showed up in masks and gloves and kept them on properly the entire time. I've been using Spekless for the last 6 months and have found it excellent. The cost is the most competitive I could find in the Arlington area and the team is super responsive--they are flexible to reschedule when needed and you can update them on the day of. Additionally, they offer discounts for flexible timing which is great for me. The quality is excellent. The first clean I had they asked for feedback and I made a note about dusting the lamp shades, they have now done this every time moving forward. Their personnel are very professional and always respect my space while still working efficiently. They are also very communicative the day of cleanings and be sure to let me know when they are on their way rather than leave me guessing. Wow, wow, wow, I am super impressed with the quality, responsiveness, and expediency of this team. I've used them before, but I had to write a review based on not just my overall, but on my most recent experience. I have a get together at my house this weekend, and my wife and I have been very busy, so I called on the Spekless team to schedule an appointment. I texted them and got a reply immediately, and received a confirmation for when I needed them to come in. I asked them to use some of my supplies (although they do bring their own), mainly because we have a pet, and we like to bleach all areas. Spekless did an amazing job! I have a one bedroom one bath apartment and scheduled a deep clean. I was expecting a vacuum and scrub of the counters and floor, but Spekless far exceeded these expectations! They managed to clean every corner, even my toaster oven! And they found a place for all of my clutter, even tidied up my boyfriend's closet (which was a MESS and now he actually has space in there!). I came home expecting my home to be clean and when I walked in it was SPOTLESS! My apartment looked like we had just moved in (and we've been there for almost 2 years!). Team Susana was here for the first time yesterday and did a fantastic job on my four floor townhome. They were on time, efficient, and, most importantly very thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience. Also, very important to me, scheduling with them is simple and professional. The operations team communicates with you so there is no question as to when the team is scheduled to arrive and how much the service will cost. They follow up with you the next day to make sure everything went well and to confirm the next cleaning, if one is scheduled. Excellent job deep cleaning our very large home and in record time. All four ladies were outstanding in every respect: hard-working, efficient, focused, honest, expert, polite, and congenial. They readily shared their cleaning tips and products. Highly recommend them and will use them again. Our oven took quite a bit of time and elbow grease to clean - it was a disaster and now looks new. We also had a bath commode that we thought would have to be replaced due to unsightly lime/rust buildup over the years - now it looks new. I have used their services for about three years, and happily recommend them to friends. Really easy communication, flexible, receptive to feedback, and overall very good service. The quality of cleaning can vary from team to team but they are all pretty great. My first team was amazing: these ladies cleaned everything so well, including my kids' high chair, big items on the counter, floors. My floors never looked better, especially kitchen and bathrooms. They set a high standard. My current team is also great, occasionally they miss some spots but I am always able to communicate with them as well as the office. Outstanding work and attention to detail. I hired Spekless for a move-out cleaning on a rental condo. There was a heavy odor of international cooking and a lot of grease in the kitchen. The bathroom was a disaster. In 2.5 hours, the housekeepers made that condo sparkle! Every surface was cleaned, including the windows, as part of the "Move-our" package. This team did an amazing job on our two bedroom two bathroom. The condo is cleaner than when we bought it. I had a move out clean using this company. Karla and her team let me know when they were on their way and came right within the time window. They got started as soon as they walked in the door and the place was spotless when they had me come and check it. They even cleaned the outside of the balcony door which was filthy from the purple line project construction going on down the street; and the sliding frosted glass door in my condo looked like brand new.
