I used Spekless to clean my home for a move-out. It was the first time I had ever used a cleaning service. We have two cats, large windows with plantation shutters, and a lot of cleaning to do to prepare my home for sale. A team of five ladies came. They cleaned everything from top to bottom, and it is beautiful for staging and pictures! Towards the end of the cleaning process, they seemed to relax a bit and enjoy each other's company, while still maintaining their high level of cleaning standards. They also seemed to be training a new member of the team, going over her work, showing her how to clean it, in a calm, patient manner. This is after the senior member said to me they had already cleaned 7 other homes that day. The only suggestion I could give is to call the customer 30 minutes before their arrival. In my case, since I no longer lived at the location to be cleaned, the four hour window did not work, and I was notified they were at the location, and since I was not, it delayed their ability to start working. Maid Magic is a LIFESAVER! I scheduled a cleaning on 3/16 and it was one of the best experiences I've had from Yelp. Booking and scheduling my cleaning was a breeze! Maid Magic was the only 5-star service I could find that let me pay and schedule service online. Why don't more service companies do this?? It's 2017 folks!! My cleaners Rebecca, Megan, and Hahn arrived at the scheduled time and came in all smiles. We instantly became friends and they did such an amazing job. Very thorough and did a way better job than I ever could. My wood floors can be a pain to take care of, but they knew exactly what to do and now it has a nice shine it didn't have before. I called them on a Monday after another maid service NO called No showed on Sunday. I talked with the manager and needed my apartment cleaned the next morning. They set it up gave me a price, I explained that it was a dirty apartment and he informed me that they would do a deep clean and send 2 maids to help. They gave me a time window and the next day something came up and I had to go away. I called and had them come a little later. No Problem. 2 Ladies called ahead to let me know they were on their way and when they showed up. These ladies were in uniform and ready to work. They brought their own supplies and did a great job. I highly recommend Maid Magic! My last cleaner decided to go back to school (good for her) and I struggled with four different companies to find a reliable cleaner. I luckily found Maid Magic and my experience could not be better. I ordered the deep clean service since it was recommended if your house hadn't been cleaned in a while and my cleaners were amazing! We were gonna have family in town for Easter and my place admittedly need a deep cleaning pretty badly so I decided to go with Maid Magic after reading some reviews online.  Turned out to be a GREAT decision. I chatted with the owner Anthony on their website about booking a deep cleaning and he informed me that they were getting booked up pretty fast due to spring cleaning.  I never understood what spring cleaning was all about, but apparently its a very real thing.  Luckily there was one spot left open before Easter- literally the day before my family were to come in town!! Maid Magic is doing God's work people!!!! I work upwards of 65+ hours a week and the last thing I want to do during my free time is clean up around the house. We hired this company for a move out service. I had already moved out a couple months prior however, my roommate was still there and I know did not leave the bathroom in the best shape. They did an amazing job getting our apartment move out ready and we're so easy to communicate with. They also came back and said I had over selected options that already came with their move out cleaning and it ended up being about 100 dollars cheaper than I expected. I would totally recommend them and if they serviced the area I moved to I would probably consider a regular cleaning. read more
