He lost my rear windows which cost me over $1000 to replace. In addition, the undercarriage had gaps that you could drop your keys through. To repair I had to remove his undercoat and patch the holes at a cost of $800. Plus there were several drips in the paint job. My biggest problem is he refuses to return my calls that help me out. I'm out over $1800 and am furious. Not a good businessman.

They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!!

Chatgpt tells me its most likely a leak and I saw a puddle under the car before I towed it. Ian, the manager, calls me and tells me the transmission needs to be rebuilt and the fluid is fill. Cost:$3900 - $4900. Something felt off because I literally saw the puddle of fluid and I towed to another shop (Sal Transmission on Stillwell). Turns out it was just a leak. Sal sealed it and topped it off. Cost: $235 Dolphin tried to take me for $4500 so this review for anybody considering going here. Beware!

My parents had a "maintenance required" come up on their dashboard on their 2016 Toyota and a flat…read moretire. They brought it to Dolphin transmissions for this reason and told them about both things. After 2 days of waiting, they get a call back saying the car is ready. Once they arrive they were prompted to pay $600 for the "service" they did on the car. Once the $600 was paid, they told them they parked the car over 5 blocks away and they had to go and retrieve the car. Once my parents got back to the Toyota and started it up, all the same things that they brought the car in for were still coming up on the dashboard and the tire was even flatter. They went back to Dolphin Transmissions to get an explanation as to why everything was the same exact way they dropped off the car and all the owner replied with was that "there was a clanking sound and we fixed the sound, no one told us about the maintenance required." When you turn on the car on every screen it says maintenance required so why else would they be bringing the car to you? My parents said this to them and they just replied with "no one told us about it, but it's saying that because it needs an oil change and we can do it for you for an extra $150." So then they said "what about the flat tire? Do I have to tell you to fix that too?" They were left speechless. My parents left and a day later Dolphin transmissions called them back promising to fix everything for free. What a joke. My parents are older folks who were clearly taken advantage of, had I known their car needed service I would have brought it to my guy to get it fixed same day. Stay Away !

I debated taking it to Mercedes but the dealer is just going to milk your insurance and they do a terrible job as they don't care about you as a customer you are just another number. (I'm in the business and trust me no dealer has a good body shop, they rush and half ass many things all a numbers game for them). I used to work up the block from M-Dolla and would see many nice M and AMG cars being worked on so I figured I'd give him a try. Keep in mind my truck is a 100k+ truck with a special factory matte black finish. From start to finish it was a great process working with Marlon (the owner of M-Dolla). He is extremely kind, genuine and informative. He worked with me on many different issues and aspects of the car. While the front end was being fixed I decided to do the Brabus body kit and took some of Marlons suggestions as well. Marlon also worked with my insurance company directly and the adjustor. Due to covid delays and extreme rare availability of parts for my truck it took a long time for the process but Marlon kept me in the loop sending me pictures, videos and texts with updates. He was always available whenever I had a question or concern 24/7 and would always answer my nagging calls and texts. The end result was amazing. The paint matched perfectly and the truck looks great. There is a few other things I am going to have Marlon do as well and I know they will come out perfect. Trust me these guys did a better job than Mercedes themselves. The matte factory finish is extremely difficult for even the most skilled shops to match, Mercedes themselves have many issues with it but these guys nailed it. If you need any auto body work done please go visit Marlon and his team at M-Dolla Custom Autoworks, I highly reccomend them.
