Sadly we order from here all the time and their food is incredible, and they are always so fast with delivery! Today a few of us nurses ordered food and I ordered the lettuce wraps but didn't get the lettuce, so I called the restaurant to see if they can bring them back- they apologized and said next time I order I can have free egg rolls but that it's too far to drive.... But now I have a container of chicken mix and have nothing to eat it with. Very disappointing.

We ordered delivery and was excited to try the place. The menu is not very detailed. I had the pho and he had the sriracha beef broccoli and we ordered the chicken skewers. We DIDN'T receive the skewers. We called them to advise them of the missing item and the person that answered transferred us to a different individual. They proceeded to argue with us about the missing item. They insisted that we were incorrect and that they didn't make a mistake. They didn't offer to credit us, or to fix the mistake. Who argues with a customer? The food was just average. I will not be going back Update - the owner reached out and has attempted to fix the mistake next time we order along with some additional appraisers. I appreciate the effort.

They have bad service and the worst Vietnamese coffee. I wouldn't order from here again. Do not recommend.

I am so glad that they are so consistent and have not changed recipes or adjusted seasonings. Ordered our two favorites - pickled pepper beef and mapo tofu. Then the string beans and a new dish - sauerkraut fish filet. The sauerkraut fish filet reminded me of the Vietnamese catfish soup but no sweetness added. Very good dish and will def order again. Also love that they have quality rice here.

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.

I liked them all and my husband loved the soup. He said he wouldn't get the dumplings again but I think it's just because we were recently spoiled with dumpling flavors in NYC and these were good but not amazing. For lunch I got the chicken fried rice and added tomatoes. Originally they said they did not add tomatoes but the server asked the chef and he said he could. I really appreciate it, I know most places don't add tomatoes to the fried rice but I love it. The serving was huge. I have enough left over for lunch and dinner tomorrow. My father-in-law got the chicken teriyaki and it looked beautiful. He said he hasn't had this dish in decades and loved it. The broccoli looked beautiful and green, not overcooked at all. His dish was also big enough that he has leftovers for tomorrow. My husband got the Beef Chao Fan. He was craving this when we were in NYC and it wasn't on the menu where he went, so he was so glad they have it on the menu. He loved it. He said the flavor was amazing. He also had enough to bring home for dinner tonight. Our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomach. We will be back!

We inquired about a photo on the wall. She told us it was hot and spicy chicken. She said it was not very spicy. The dishes arrive shortly after ordering. The lo mein noodles came out first followed by the hot and spicy chicken. From the looks of it, the hot and spicy chicken really looked quite spicy. It was covered with hot chilies. I tasted one piece and my mouth was burning. I told my husband we should change the order if he couldn't eat it. He tried a few pieces and agreed that it was hot. He did not really want to bother the staff with a re-order. When staff appeared again, I told her the chicken really was too hot. She said they were happy to exchange the meal and that she would take this dish off the bill. Instead, we got fried calamari. In the meantime, I was eating my lo mein, which was quite good. The fried calamari arrived and was much better. Both staff and the owner came out to make sure we were happy. Great service! Shared parking lot and Wi-Fi code is advertised in the restaurant.

Just a few small bites to end our wonderful meal. As always, the service was very good and since we sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, the ambient was perfect: not too noisy at all. Wendy Tong, owner of Chopstix Fusion, is a lovely lady who welcomes her guests with great hospitality, and her husband is a phenomenal chef who, not only can cook these dishes, but can prepare some mean Chinese traditional dishes. If you have not eaten here, it is highly suggested that you stop by and instead of smelling the roses, smell the cooking that is happening here. Your nose, mouth, and stomach will thank you!
