When you walk in and order at the counter, the menu is brightly displayed with every option and they make it easy to order, pay, then sit and eat whenever. The staff is always a little standoffish, but because I usually get my food to go, I never mind. The Thai tea is fabulous, and I highly suggest the pad Thai and curry options! Generous chunks of Chicken and organic Tofu cubes, with peanuts, carrots, bean sprouts, onions, served with rice noodles. Perfect! Another filling and hearty meal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Had a fantastic dinner date with my DHA group! Honestly I wasn't expecting to have such a great meal from a place you order at the counter and take a number, I was expecting more of a fast food Panda Express type of meal. I was wrong. Yes, the food came out incredibly fast but it was fresh, piping hot and oh so flavorful. The attention to detail like plating with the rice pressed into the shape of a flower was appreciated and just gorgeous. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating for such a large group. I chose to nosh on the chicken pad thai while hubs had the garlic pork, and we split an order of crab cheese wontons. It's been a minute since I had pad Thai, and it was perfect. Portions were large, with enough to take some leftovers home for later. Prices were on point for the quality we got, at about $35 for everything, we definitely weren't complaining. Who in the world in their right mind does not give customs eating utensils when order to go? Unheard of! The restaurant said the state of colorado banned eating utensils on a to go order! I'll echo what others have been saying recently, the food is "okay" but the PRICE is astronomical. The most offending thing is that you pay $15+ dollars for an item and 4/5 of it is white rice. I honestly wouldn't be so upset if they actually filled the to-go container or the plate with actual food...Just go to the frozen section of your nearest grocery store and heat up the first frozen "thai" dinner you find...guarantee it will taste better and give you better value for your $$ than this dump. read more

Tuk Tuk Thai Grill prides itself on great Thai food while also being quick to cook it and serve you. The staff was friendly and the portions were large. I got my go to Pad Thai and really enjoyed it. We also got spring and egg rolls and then realized our eyes were much larger than our stomachs. When you are done there is a variety of soft serve ice cream flavors to choose from. I've been searching for great Thai food in Denver for ten years and I guess my search continues. To start with I paid $2 extra each for bok Choi and bamboo and neither were added. We decided to stop here on our way home from the mountains - the menu is large and extensive with lots of options. Both my partner and I got pineapple fried rice, his with chicken and mine with tofu - given that they price for shrimp then allow you to switch, I found the $14.75 to be a bit steep. I also found it to be a little underwhelming - the tofu was almost over-fried, which made it dry, and the rice (even the pineapple) seemed to be a little flavorless. He didn't say much about his chicken fried rice, so maybe he enjoyed it a little more. However, we also ordered the banana wraps with powdered sugar and those were delicious - with 5 of them in there, the $7 price seemed reasonable. I would give this place another try, but would switch up from the fried rice and try another dish. One of my favorite go to Thai restaurants in Denver. Their Crab Cheese Wontons and Chicken Satay are so good. Honestly, we chose this restaurant out of pure random whim but when we got our food, man were we blown away. We get the food delivered and ordered the Pad Se Ew, Spring rolls and panang curry. In my weekly rotation of restaurants, Tuk tuk always has a place in my heart. This casual spot is great for takeout and always has your food ready to go at a rapid pace. After going to Thailand, I can vouch that the flavor profiles of many of these dishes (I usually switch between pad Thai, panang curry, and green curry) are all extremely authentic and powerful. This has become our new favorite Thai spot. I absolutely love pad Thai with chicken. I even ask for it extra saucy and comes out just like that. Though the egg rolls are not the traditional ones our family is used to, they are still delicious. I also really enjoy their crab wontons as well! It's the McDonald's version of a real Thai restaurant. Fast food with rubbery meats because it's frozen and several of my chicken chunks had freezer burn flavor. The rice is not jasmine rice, the green beans were hard and tasted off. Somewhat overpriced for what you get and there are plenty of better restaurants in Denver metro. My go-to dishes are tom kha soup, pad Thai, pad see ew, and fried rice. I have yet to try their Khao Soi since I find it pretty hard to find good Khao soi anywhere.
