I live coming to this establishment. You are truly treated like family. Their loch special are delicious, filling, and great on the pockets. Every item is beyond fresh and you can taste it. I can't recommend just ONE item because they're all tasty BUT if you're getting a desert go with the mango sticky rice it's so good and refreshing. Oh yeah and don't forget to dial up on the spice. Today for dinner we decided to have some thai food. I was craving steamed rice. Checked Yelp and this place seemed good according to the reviews. When we entered we didn't even get a "Hello" We approached the front counter to look at the menu and placed our order. It took for ever, I was ready to cancel our order. After 45 minutes the young lady asked if beef was ok because the cook accidently made my food with beef and not chicken like I had ordered. I said it was fine I just wanted to get my food to go and eat. I was hungry!!! Beef was not that good. The only thing I enjoyed was the thai tea that I ordered with my meal. I give it 3 start due to the slow painful wait and my wrong order. If you are into thai tea this is the place to get it. Will not be coming here anytime soon. This place is a mom and pop spot that's in a plaza with plenty of parking and sells authentic thai food. The most standout dish from this place is the Spicy Duck Curry with huge chunks of duck and pineapple in a spicy coconut milk broth. It runs about $10 or so and comes with rice. Other solid choices: spicy squid salad, spicy seafood salad, pad see eww, and pad thai. The mango and sticky rice is delicious too so don't forget to order that ($7). Thai iced tea is too sweet. Skip it. The portions are huge and they deliver with a $20 minimum. They now take all credit cards which is awesome. read more

This place is a hole in a wall. Located in a little mall, nothing gives you a hint how good their food is. The place is small with almost no decor. One guy in the kitchen and two girls waiting the tables (family restaurant). But food... I ordered papaya salad and Panang curry with shrimps. Both dishes were fantastic!!! Very fragrant with all of the ingredients that they should have. Very authentic taste. From now on - it's my favorite spot. Too bad I don't live in Lancaster! Excellent Thai food I got the Spicy Beef Salad honestly one of the best I've had and I literally get it every different spot I go to. I just moved to Lancaster from the SFV 818 and I've been all over SoCal and all the North Hollywood iconic Thai eateries. The soups and Panang was amazing also. Beware! I got food poisoning after eating here! Decided to try this place out for dinner since my usual go-to Thai restaurant was closed. I ordered Pad See Ew with chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, Broccoli Beef for my daughter and Mango and Sticky Rice for dessert. My mom ordered Pad Thai with chicken and Shrimp Fried Rice. The Pad See Ew had more vegetable than noodles and was not fresh. The chicken in all of our dishes was DRY and OLD! It was so tough we picked it out of all of our food. Such a rip off when you are charged extra for meat. My daughter's Broccoli Beef was ok. Shrimp Fried rice was good. Pad Thai and Chicken Fried Rice was decent minus the OLD CHICKEN. The Mango and Sticky Rice was old! The sticky rice was hard, had a grayish color and tasted like refrigerator. I should have known better when I placed my order for it and the person on the phone sounded hesitantly told me there was only 1 mango left. I thought that was kind of odd. After an hour of eating, I immediately started feeling food poisoning symptoms- I'll spare you the details and just say I had nausea and an upset stomach. I will NEVER eat there again! I normally try to stay away from unfamiliar restaurants like these for dinner only because I feel like there is a big chance that you could be served old food, and this is exactly why! I understand we are in a pandemic and businesses may not be receiving the traction that they are used to, but it is so irresponsible to try to cut corners to save a buck while putting your customers at risk! Finally found a place that deliver and is not pizza. I ordered egg rolls, tempura shrimp and spicy (4) fried chicken rice. Egg roll was mushy inside I like my veg crunchy. The tempura it's just a NO! I don't know where to begin in why it's wrong from presentation alone I did not want to eat it. Didn't look like tempura just fried. First of all I'd like to say the food was delicious. The yellow curry is incredible I asked for spicy and it came hot and spicy. I also tried the red Currys delicious the angel wings which I believe are stuffed chicken wings incredible flavor phone service great delivery on time. Used to drive to Northridge to get this quality of food now I can just order it around the block keep up the good customer service and the great delivery but most of all don't change your recipes. I started coming here last year after I heard that new management had taken over. I have been in 4 times now. My previous experience with the former operators was mediocre at best. I a very happy to report the new management is much better than mediocre! I went to Spicy Thai last Thursday after leaving another Thai place because we waited 25 minutes without any service then walked out. Excellent decision. My party of three arrived at 6 and there was one other table filled. We were immediately seated. I don't think they serve beer or wine there but the Thai tea is very good. We shared a fried Won-Ton appetizer and a Spring roll appetizer which the server said would take slightly longer because she made them fresh. No problem, because she quickly arrived with some of the best Spring rolls I have ever eaten. I had Chicken Pad Thai and my friends had Orange Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. We all liked our own entrees and we tried each others entrees. I liked most of them but I wasn't too keen on the Sweet and Sour Chicken. It was in a different style than I am accustomed to. It was more of a vegetable medley. A very nice meal in a restaurant with decent decor with great service at a good price. I will be back more often. read more

4-2-2019 I've been here a couple of times, I had lunch here today a well. I ordered my food, the curry chicken and I said spicy level two, when my food arrived it was more like spicy level six. I wasn't able to eat my food but didn't complain. I also ordered a large Thai tea when I left the restaurant I forgot my large tea that I didn't even touch was in a rush to come back to work. I called them 8 minutes to tell them that I forgot my tea and the lady respond I threw it in the trash but if you want to come back I'm a give you a small one not a large, I thought that was very rude so I guess I won't be going there anymore! read more

This is our favorite Thai restaurant in Lancaster. We have been here several times and have always walked stuffed and satisfied. The workers are always rediculously nice and friendly. It is always a plus when you are being served by someone who has a positive attitude and a smile on thier face. The food is pretty great. My wife and I love Thai food, and this place doesn't disappoint. Our usual go to dishes are the pad se ew and garlic beef and those two are always spot on delicious. The fried rice is always a hit with the kids, as well as the fried wontons. Their thai iced coffee and tea are also good. I would prefer that they had free refills on the soft drinks, but that was really a very minor thing. Service was very good, atmosphere was a little low rent. Tried Spicy Thai for the first time due to our usual Thai food restaurant was busy. Walked in and no one was sitting at tables. One person was waiting for a To Go order (they do carry out and delivery!). Sat down and drink order was taken and delivered promptly but that was where the wheels kind of fell off. Took 5 minutes to take our dinner order (remember, nobody seated). Single waitress was busy taking three phone orders before she came for our order. Ok. Shrimp in a blanket appetizer, Spicy Noodle with Chicken, and Shrimp Pad Thai, both meals 4 on the 1-5 spicy scale. Waited 15 minutes for the appetizer to show (really yummy!) and another 10 minutes for the main courses. Wife loves spicy and her Spicy Noodle was. My Pad Thai was not very spicy at all and had 2 shrimp ($1.00 extra!) and a lot of chicken. The waitress said that was their "variation" on shrimp Pad Thai. Tasted good but still... All in all, good little restaurant. Would give 4 stars if the Shrimp Pad Thai was spicier...and had shrimp instead of chicken. Give them a shot and see what you think! read more

Well, we tried Spicy Thai. I decided to come here (considering that we live out of town and Yelp ranted and raved), but instead of stellar 5 star service we were treated poorly. A group of 5 of us walked in, stood around, and no one greeted us at all. We finally were acknowledged and told to sit. As we waited another group walked right in and as soon as they walked in they not only were greeted, but immediately received menus and started drink orders.
