The store is filled with anime figurines, kawaii items, K-pop merch, stationery, and so many adorable finds. She picked out a super cute hat with ears that actually move, which was a huge hit. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful, and the shop itself was clean, bright, and well organized. Superbit is a retro gamestore and may accept some popular game consoles and rare games. I was greeted and was helped right away. The store employee knew exactly why I was there. He noticed the bright green color of my Pokemon leaf green and stopped everything to assess the value of my total trade in. If I had known how much Pokemon would have blown up in the past, I would have kept all of my cards and games and sold them here. Fun fact: The game box/packaging is worth more than the game itself. If you have a mint condition box that the game came in, it could be worth a lot. I thought I ended up with a good bargain because of the quick trade in and knowledge base of the employee. I am glad I got rid of my childhood games for some cash. I learned that retro stores like this is considered like an antique store.

I would suggest checking in with the store before going and getting unlucky with all their manga being gone. (It's happened to me before lol) I will say the help isn't the best at times, as they frequently do sorting and rearranging of inventory, but when not busy, all of the staff are very nice and will helpfully explain anything to you!! The location is a little uncomfortable, but it's not too bad and there is a really good restaurant next door! So out of respect, instead of just walking back in to shop, we asked the person behind the counter whether we can still come in and purchase blankets. She shook her hand at us, as if telling us no. We didn't want to push it and just left. This was extremely disappointing because we drove an hour to get there, knowing they were open till 8pm. But instead they tell us they close at 7pm. Sedar the Team member working this day greeted us warm and friendly as soon as we walked in the store. Sedar gave us a friendly quick tour after we let her know we were looking for vinyl albums. The organization of the albums were very good as well as the grades listed on the each album. I slowly went through the selections and picked up about few. sedar did interact with us a few times and made the visit warm and welcoming. I actually bought a few more albums because I felt comfortable about the business style and layout. We bought 10 albums at about 200.00 and feel great about the quality. Older game systems and games were very expensive so maybe their strategy is designed for impulse buying. I would give the service a 5/10 but that unfortunately is the norm with the 18-25 workforce you usually find in the mall.
