This place is terrible. There hasn't once been a drop off where I'm not picking something up that's damaged. It's always a broken button on a shirt or in my latest drop off my merino wool sweater had three holes in the front! They also have ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY since they claimed to say it was dropped off with the holes, so blatant lying. At pick up I was told that they also didn't wash the sweater because of the holes, but the evidence is in the smell, it reeks of the detergent they use. Very shameful of them. The quality and quality of service here is terrible! And they use way too much fragrance and fabric softener. This is the last time I'll be taking my clothes here. First, I'd like to start with this cleaners is right behind my house so I've had them clean some items for me in the past. I don't know what's changed but I've noticed the rudeness from the employees in the last 6 months. I went to this cleaners in October to get my pants hemmed. They had me put the pants on and the tailor came out and did her measurements. I asked when it would be ready and they said a week. I decided not to get my pants hemmed there after all. My daughter went to get her uniform pressed there. When she picked it up, the girl in the front doesn't acknowledge her. My daughter had to say excuse me. She got my daughter's information and gave her her clothes. No thank you, no nothing! Today, I called from 7-1030 and no answer all morning. So I decided to drive there and sure enough they were open. 5 ladies are standing around and talking. No hello but I asked if they had time to press my daughter's uniform the same day and they said that it would take a whole day. So I decided not to leave the uniform there. Horrible customer service. They don't answer the phone, they don't greet you nor do they say thank you. I hope one of the employees are the owner because losing service will impact her. If this is owned by someone else, I hope they know how bad their employees are and to do an overhaul to make this business a place we can support. I took my husbands uniforms in to have them pressed and as quoted one day service. J returned the next day to pick up the uniforms as agreed, and as the attendant brought them to the counter I thought it was odd that the uniform hung from just one hanger and straight down to the floor (the uniform is a one piece jumpsuit). Normally the pants section hangs from an additional hanger, I dismissed the thought and left with my husbands uniforms and went home. Now my husband is preparing for work and finds that none of the legs are pressed and the arms have multiple press marks and none of which are correct. Now I'm trying to fix the arms and press the uniforms the way they were supposed to be done. A complete waste of money and now added stress and time to fix their mistakes. !!!DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR SERVICE!!! Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews prior to taking my son's baseball hats in to be cleaned. Had I done so, I wouldn't have used their services to have his hats destroyed. We were assured they'd clean the hats and the shape and sizing would remain the same. The hats are completely ruined, and hats aren't cheap or replaceable, as they were limited edition hats. I've called over and over to the owner, supposedly named Juan. Each time I've called the store itself, to try and find out when I can talk to him for a refund, I'm given another story as to how or when I can catch him, which is impossible when they're purposely avoiding handling this complaint. BEWARE!!! For about 10 years, I took my business attire and sports jerseys here to be dry cleaned and had no issue. In fact, I was very satisfied with the service and would often recommend this establishment when it was "Palm Dry Cleaners." A while back, when I took my dress slacks to be cleaned, I noticed that the business had changed ownership. I dropped my items off anyway. When I picked them back up, I noticed that the quality of the "dry clean" wasn't so great. This should have been a red flag. About a month ago, I dropped off three Guess shirts to be dry cleaned. I easily paid about $75 dollars for each shirt. One shirt had only been worn once. The other two were very lightly worn. I take particularly good care of my dress clothing, only getting them dry cleaned. I picked them up and took them with me on my recent trip to Arizona. I had hoped to wear them while on vacation. Upon opening the plastic covering, while in Arizona, I quickly noticed that the shirts were ruined. They had all been FRIED while in their possession. The collars to all of the shirts very shiny, as the fabric had melted and crystallized as a result of overheating. The fabric on the cuffs of two of the shirts had become wavy and ruffled. This was the first time I have ever had clothing destroyed by a dry cleaner. When I pursued a remedy by speaking with the manager, he tried to low-ball me at every point. First, he offered a discount on future dry cleans. Why in the world would I ever give you my business again after you just destroyed three of my shirts?!? After all of the damage was showed to him in detail, he offered $20 for three shirts! Keep in mind that the shirts costed me approximately $225. Although I was incredibly disappointed that they ruined my shirts, I did not expect to be reimbursed the brand new value of the shirts--even though they were in condition that you could easily call "new without tags." The manager continuously argued that my shirts were not "new" when trying to justify his unethically low offer. Not only was this insulting but my shirts were in immaculate condition--before his establishment ruined them, of course. Eventually, I was able to get $60 out of him for his business destroying roughly $225 worth of my clothing. It was not a remedy or fair compensation, it merely made the sting of their injury only slightly less harsh. He also offered to "find the shirts and buy replacements for me," which is ridiculous given the abundance of counterfeit clothing and the inconvenience of me having to wait and go back and forth to his business. The only suitable remedy would have been a fair financial compensation for their mistake, which did not happen. Not once did anybody apologize for ruining my clothing, not the cashier or the manager. Three expensive shirts of mine were ruined because I--stupidly--had faith in their new management to continue the quality of the previous owner. It goes without saying that they have lost a customer of 10 years. I will be happy to take my business to an establishment that doesn't destroy the clothing that I purchase with my hard-earned dollars Please let me reiterate: TAKE YOUR CLOTHING HERE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!! She informed me that it's not till after 3. I was never told that when i dropped off the items. On top of that they lost a piece of my clothing. Thank god they still had. I come here all the time to get my shirts and pants dry cleaned. The workers are extremely kind and they do a fabulous job at hemming pants and alterations on clothing as well. The best part is that the price is very fair and my clothes come out very clean every single time. When to pick up my sons suit for graduation, had the incorrect debit card and had to come back on another day not after realizing I left the pick up ticket with them. Went back 4 days later and they stated "THEY HAVE NOTHING FOR ME" after they pulled my phone number. I let them know about what had happened prior, they started to yell at me telling me to shhhoosh. Stating their computer does not LIE . They yelled at me and told me to get out of there store. I got upset and yelled at them, this suit is worth more than 700.00 and they seemed to lose it. They would not owe up to the fact they still are in possession of this suit. When to call police and low and behold THERE WAS MY SONS SUIT.. they are liars and it seems like they were trying to keep my sons suit and he would have nothing to wear to Prom. They damaged my coat. And didn't even clean it. I seriously regret not cleaning it myself. The guy claimed it was cause it was chocolate(it was chocolate milk) my son spilled on small areas, it was freshly spilled when I dropped it off and I advised him about it but he apparently didn't do anything, instead he let it dry out and become hard so that when they "tried" to remove it they scrubbed so hard parts of my soft felt coat peeled off. Then they gave me a call saying it wasn't coming off if I gave my approval so machine wash. Um no wth it's a dry clean Coat. So I went in and was dissatisfied but I still paid!! Only to take my coat out at home and feel like they didn't even bother properly dry cleaning it. I think they were expecting me to approve the machine wash and just left it be. I know because it had a weird smell prior to taking it in and it smells the exact same and it has the same dirty spots as when I brought it in.THAT I AM EASILY REMOVING WITH A WET RAG!! The seamstress did a wonderful job, and the result greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff were polite, helpful, and creative. To top it off, the job was completed two days early. went in to get a price quote for a very simple straight sew for two fabrics to be sewn together for my child (as a simple little blanket) no more than 2 feet long. i was passed around to three different people just for a price quote. finally was told they'll charge me $20 for a straight sew for just one blanket. I could buy a decent quality blanket at a store for that. I needed this particular material because it was my son's favorite character.. baby shark. I figured it would be cheaper to just buy the material and have someone do a straight stitch on it. didn't expect to pay over double what I paid for the fabric alone. ridiculous! (if I had a sewing machine I'd do it myself. unfortunately I don't so that's why I figured to ask these folks.) that's ok, knowledge empowers. may this information make you all knowledgeable that these people way overcharge for something simple. save yourself time and take your business elsewhere. good luck all! The one star review was for not just the price but for other factors, including the fact that it took 3 people to figure out a cost for an item? I stood there waiting awhile for the one lady who took the fabric in her hands to give me a price. After some time, she still didn't give me an answer and walked away. Then it took another lady to come by and look and also not give a price. I'm curious why YOU had to look up my name/number/account in order to finally give me a price for something that should have been given by the ladies who will actually work on the said project. I wouldn't pay too much attention to the low rating so far since they are all bad customer service complaints but from my experience it completely makes them irrelevant and I haven't seen any bad work complaints so it would suggest they at minimum don't mess up your clothes. I give them a one star because. The last time I picked up a suit and shirt, the shirt was ruined. They had stained the white shirt blue. Not a spot but a blue tint to the whole shirt. The shirt was not new and had been cleaned before. When I asked what was wrong with my shirt the lady got a bit frantic and says "we no stain, it was like that." I explained the shirt was not like this before. And I explained the shirt was irreplaceable as I got the shirt while in Italy. We took a men's shirt in for dry cleaning and it came back with a pronounced stain in front. After the owners repeatedly argued the stain was there, my wife took the shirt home and washed it using Dawn dish detergent on the stain which completely removed it. She took the stainless shirt back to show them and they asked how she got it out and she told them and then when she stated she was going to turn them in, they laughed at her. They didn't as much as offer her a refund of the $3.50 fee. It's our opinion that they didn't do anything to the shirt except create a stain and then pressing it in.
