When I picked it up, I discovered five separate snags on the fabric that were not there before. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially considering this was an important dress for a special occasion. I trusted this business to handle my garment with care, and unfortunately, it was returned to me damaged. While steaming itself was only $20, the cost is insignificant compared to the damage done to my dress. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, or at the very least being informed if something happened while it was in their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaner. I hope they take greater care with customers' garments in the future so others don't have a similar experience.

I wanted waistband to be altered (add inch with elastic). I provided fabric to be used if needed. They couldn't find my pants when picked up blazers (not in system). I was waiting for response on if they could do it and to give me quote. Staff called manager, quoted $45 and I said pass, please return slacks. Came back from vacation to pick up pants- they were altered. Elastic was not used and neither was my fabric (which is fine, but they kept it). I was upset with whole ordeal. Staff called manager again. Heard exchange and she asked him to speak to me- he declined. She offered a 20% discount. I said 25% because they kept fabric ( it was pricey fabric). I realized when I got home they didn't even add the elastic. I asked manager to call me back. This is the 3rd week day and nothing. I should have asked to put it in writing. The work was done well ( but missed elastic), the problem was disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of ownership from owner/ manager- he personally has not called to apologize.

Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.
