They had a number of HS8's that were blems listed on eBay, and I messaged them my price. They agreed. I couldn't raise the money until much later; but I contacted them directly. They said they could still sell a pair at that price. My parents were paying for much of them, but were skittish about payment. They agreed to cross-ship payment and speakers. When no speakers arrived, we wondered if we were getting played - and my parents elected to cancel the check. Turned out the guy at Muzeek World decided that his "B Stock" was "deep B Stock", and didn't want to sell it in that condition. He sent them back to Yamaha, and had NEW ones sent to me as a replacement - and Muzeek World agreed to do this BEFORE the check was sent out. I wouldn't have expected such trusting terms. I got my new HS8's (which, if not the prettiest-sounding speakers, translate EXCEPTIONALLY well - which is what I got them for, I love em!) and they got their check. They really bent over backwards to make the deal work. With less ethical customers, it might have led to problems. I think they must do a lot of high-end music gear sales with hard-to-please customers. I believe that their exceptionally high ratings are well-earned. I highly recommend doing business with them. I have no idea if their prices run low or high; but I got an EXCEPTIONAL deal. I recommend just talking to them, to see what they can do.

I Love the store and I'm so glad that there is a Christian bookstore in Temecula as this one. A Really Beautiful store and they have everything. If you want something unique and different or looking for that special item you will most likely find it there. The owner Scott is a Great guy and is very helpful and he brings such a peaceful environment. He cares about helping his customers with what they need and are looking for. If he doesn't have it he will order it for you. Very Convenient for the desires of your heart. A Great place to get gifts and Bibles to bring the word of God. It's a diamond in the ruff. I recommend searching it out and Shopping there. There's so much great stuff and you can spend hours just searching what is there. Great Books also! One of My favorites, "My Little Book Of Miracles, Beyond The Veil" Author Cynthia Lee. A book to build your Faith in the fact that God is a God of Miracles in the most Creative ways. He meets Our needs. He reveals himself through his Mercy and Grace and Power through Our Prayers. I Loved this book and I Love the store! This is where I justify my 3 star rating. There is no transparency. I wasn't shown or told how they got to the amount they were offering me for the electronics I brought in. An item I brought in (like new condition, box included) that retails for $190 before tax. I was given $40. These retail used in the condition I brought them in for $150. They would give me half of what they'd be selling it for which should have been $75. Again, there was no transparency or explanation with how they got to this number. I didn't make a fuss because I wanted to allow them to show me their true colors. I do this all the time and I wasn't hurting for the money. But still, I probably won't return. And I encourage anybody who's going there to sell things to do your research online beforehand. figure out the condition of the item that you're selling and what it's worth online. Then cut that in half to get a pretty accurate estimate of what you should expect the payout to be from "PayMore". If they offer you significantly less like they did me then you know they are trying to take advantage of your ignorance. Transparency is very important to keep me as a returning customer. Unfortunately this location fell short of this. But if you are in a pinch and don't mind the low ball. Then at least you know you can make a quick buck at this location. The manager probably isn't going to like seeing this review. But it's the truth. Transparency is important, so is a fair buyout.
