Visited here for a 4-year old birthday party. If you've never been to Holly Hill Mall in…read moreBurlington don't expect a variety of stores there. It's a small town mall. This business doesn't have a banner on the outside of the mall to let you know which side it's located...unlike the other stores. We arrived at the party an hour late, due to another engagement, and the kids were entering the party room preparing to eat. My kids very little because they were ready to Bounce!! I go to the front desk and ask the manager for wrist bands. Ok....Wait for it.... He said since we're with a birthday party the rules are that you bounce first(an hour), eat, and leave. I told him we'd had just gotten there maybe 10minutes ago. I let the mom of the party know...She tried talking to the manager, and he wasn't hearing it. He was so ugly to her...I finally said I'll pay for my kids to bounce...how much is it? $7/per kid. (I have 2 kids). Fine...I paid it just so they could bounce. The mom offered to pay the manager an additional $100-$200 for the kids to bounce again...he wasn't accepting it. The kids were visibly upset. The review gets 1 Star because my kids enjoyed bouncing. We stayed for about 90 minutes then had to leave because the business is small and it's cramped in the corner of the mall. We didn't partake in the arcade/video games after the way the manager treated my friend they got my $14 and that was it. I won't be visiting anymore

I enrolled my son who is almost 4 into their martial arts summer training program a few months ago…read more It was very affordable and he loved it, so we got him on a 6 month program so he can work towards new goals & earn his belts. Mr. Alex & his student helpers are awesome! They are friendly, fun & patient, yet also serious about discipline when teaching the students. My son has a blast and looks forward to it every week. He has grown in skill, relationships & physical strength in such a short period of time & loves teaching his little sis all his new moves. They really make my son feel special here, rewarding stripes on his belt for new achievements, positive reinforcement after completing a task, & just recently a "most improved" trophy which he got after advancing to the next belt. I also love how parents sit right off the mat to watch each class! Skillz4Kidz martial arts program is where it's at!

I'm losing my faith in humanity as it is. This is a shitty ass company. I even paid for shirts that they're not sending us! These people don't have hearts and they're selfish. plus after talking to others, I'm glad I never sent my kids here since they don't watch kids properly.

My son's best friend was having a birthday party. He was excited because he didn't know much about…read morethe place. I didn't tell him what kind of party because it's usually followed by way too many questions that I have no answers to. And I've realized it's better for him to be just as surprised as I am. You can hear it in his reaction to VR. The party started at 12pm. We arrived around 12:10pm on a Saturday. There was one employee and the party we attended was the only one there at that time. This place was pretty cool. It had VR, arcade games, pool table, and nerf battle. I didn't see the rage room. When you walk in, it seems kinda small for all of these activities to be in one building. Ok side bar: honestly, it felt like I had walked into a pool hall for adults. We had two different age groups so half of the party did nerf battle and half did VR. We couldn't see anything on the nerf battle screen. The score wasn't changing at all so I watched the kids who was doing VR. That was pretty cool! Things I didn't like: 1. There was only one bathroom. 2. The arcade games are "quarters only" so bring cash. They have an ATM but had I known, I would have brought cash to avoid fees. 3. Only one employee at the time. So we had to wait for her to get nerf set up then set up VR. She had to divide her attention. Final thoughts: I think this place should be advertised for adults only. The atmosphere was more conducive for adults but they had kid stuff mixed in there. Birthday room had tv with the birthday boy picture and a birthday message. Overall, it worked and the kids had fun.
