Absolutely fantastic. Impossible to gatekeep because I want to see the looks on my friends faces when they have the best sandwich they've ever had. Whenever I see "served as made, no alterations", I know the chef knows what they're doing, so naturally I had to get the Undefeated. Perfect balance of something light (thanks to their wonderful and proprietary rustic Alaskan pizza dough) while being satisfyingly filling. On top of all this, the host is a great guy. Be sure to ask for recommendations because I don't think there's been a single thing on the menu Don't sleep on this place. If it were as good for my wallet as it is for my spirit, I'd eat here every day. read more

Drolled at the website photos today and decided to check this spot out for lunch! I ordered over the phone and the guy was very friendly! I ordered the Alamo- spaghetti, 41 points- pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and the sandwich- the undefeated. The food was fresh ! Everything was packaged perfectly, the sandwich was everything I hoped it would be, delicious!!every bite was delicious! My family and I enjoyed our first time. The food was delicious, we got salads and pizza! Yum! I enjoyed seeing all the frames of Newspaper on spurs and other sports teams. We will be coming back. read more

We also took home Alamo Remembered. It was absolutely fantastic. I think it got better the next day. My husband and I talked about our experience and tried to pick a favorite. We honestly could not! We will be back. I have been craving all of it. I want to try some of the other menu items but I will say that might be a little hard because our first order would normally be my new go to. It was huge and made with fresh bread and they use the pizza dough for the bread. The bread was light and tasty. The dressing on the sandwich was very good! THE UNDEFEATED! It's not just a sandwich. It's a culinary creation to be recognized and celebrated. This may be the best Italian sandwich I've ever had. The rustic bread is baked in house. It's mot too much bread - it's perfect to hold the ingredients together with a nice crunch when you bite it. The 'juiced' onions and Italian dressing (again- both made in house) add so much to this sandwich. I've had two. I was unsure if the second time around could better the first - but it did. I ordered the G.O.A.T which is a pizza with cheese and Italian sausage. The Italian sausage is so tasty that I wished I ordered extra sausage. The pizza sauce is savory, not sweet. The dough is slightly chewy with crispy edges. I will order the G. O.A.T again. With my pizza, I ordered a delicious salad called the Hooyah. It contained lettuce, mushrooms, onions,, olives, banana peppers , bacon bits and mozzarella cheese. For $6, the portion was generous because I felt full eating half of it. The vinaigrette is a bit sweet , but I I think it compliments all the flavors in the salad. A little dressing goes a long way. The owner is a down to earth man that offered me good customer service. When you pull up it looks quaint and unassuming but inside it's actually quite nice. The service is friendly and fast and there's a decent amount of options on the menu without being overwhelming. I like options but get concerned when a place does too many things and you're left wondering which one is their speciality or if what you ordered will be a flop. The Alaskan bread was made fresh to order and I could tell. Fresh baked and my items were still ready in about 12-15 min. The price was affordable and the portion size was generous. I spent only $30 and I got the Undefeated sandwich and the Three Peats pizza to go; both were large enough to be shared so $30 for 4 people to eat really. The dressing on the sandwich was a nice zesty compliment for the rich savory meats. The pastrami was exquisite. I didn't know there was such differences in the quality of pastrami. I've had store bought stuff here and there but this was way better. I have no regrets. I'll be back to try the pastas next time. I saw Facebook about this place and tried it the same day! The owner was running a one man show and did it with a smile and great service. It was extremely clean and we loved the set up and all the memorabilia on the walls as well as the music playing. We got "Da Bears" which is meatballs on Mac n cheese and pizza! The pizza tasty and says "personal" size but it was enough for 2 people. The Meatballs and Mac were AMAZING!!! So much flavor in every bite! The portion was a good amount and we had leftovers.
